基于油液磨粒分析的變速箱磨損損傷評估

【摘要】:為了有效地評估變速箱的磨損狀態(tài),提出將鐵譜分析技術(shù)與激光粒度分析技術(shù)綜合應(yīng)用于變速箱磨損磨粒的分析。首先運(yùn)用分析式鐵譜儀判斷故障的磨損類型,并初步判斷該磨損磨粒的粒徑大小;然后根據(jù)激光粒度分析得到的粒徑分布圖判斷該種故障的磨損程度。實(shí)例分析表明,該方法能較為準(zhǔn)確地判定變速箱磨損初期的故障類型和磨損程度。
[Abstract]:In order to evaluate the wear state of the gearbox effectively, a new technique of ferrography analysis and laser particle size analysis is proposed to analyze the abrasive particles of the gearbox. First, the wear type of the fault is judged by the analytical ferrospectrometer, and the particle size of the wear particle is preliminarily judged, and then the wear degree of the fault is judged according to the particle size distribution obtained by the laser particle size analysis. The analysis of examples shows that the method can accurately determine the type of fault and the degree of wear of the gearbox at the initial stage of wear.
