利用子域法的永磁渦流聯(lián)軸器解析建模分析

【摘要】:永磁渦流聯(lián)軸器能夠在無機(jī)械接觸和磨損的情況下實(shí)現(xiàn)轉(zhuǎn)矩的傳輸,因此廣泛適用于許多工業(yè)應(yīng)用場合。該文推導(dǎo)了運(yùn)動(dòng)導(dǎo)體渦流問題分別在固定坐標(biāo)系和運(yùn)動(dòng)坐標(biāo)系下的尤拉表述和拉格朗日表述,證明了兩種表述的統(tǒng)一性;基于子域分析方法,提出了一種包含永磁體陣列、氣隙、導(dǎo)體和導(dǎo)體背鐵四個(gè)區(qū)域在內(nèi)的永磁渦流聯(lián)軸器場域解析模型,對(duì)該多層場域邊值問題進(jìn)行了求解,并推導(dǎo)出一種非常簡潔的傅里葉級(jí)數(shù)形式的轉(zhuǎn)矩表達(dá)式;為了確保在達(dá)到轉(zhuǎn)矩設(shè)計(jì)要求前提下盡可能節(jié)約永磁體材料使用量,基于所建立的永磁渦流聯(lián)軸器解析模型,提出一種永磁陣列優(yōu)化方法。通過算例分析,并比較三維有限元分析和實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果,驗(yàn)證了文中所提出的解析模型及永磁陣列優(yōu)化方案的有效性。
[Abstract]:Permanent magnet eddy current coupling can transmit torque without mechanical contact and wear, so it is widely used in many industrial applications. In this paper, the Euler expression and Lagrange expression of eddy current problem of moving conductor in fixed coordinate system and moving coordinate system are derived, and the unity of the two expressions is proved, and based on the subdomain analysis method, a permanent magnet array is proposed. The field analytical model of permanent magnet eddy current coupling, which consists of four regions of air gap, conductor and conductor back iron, is solved, and a very concise expression of torque in Fourier series form is deduced. In order to meet the requirements of torque design, a permanent magnet array optimization method is proposed based on the analytical model of permanent magnet eddy current coupling. The effectiveness of the proposed analytical model and the optimization scheme of the permanent magnet array are verified by comparing the three-dimensional finite element analysis with the experimental results.
