【摘要】：旋轉(zhuǎn)供料器作為一種粉粒料連續(xù)輸送設(shè)備,因其具有便于控制,可靠性能強,輸送穩(wěn)定的特點,被廣泛應(yīng)用于副食產(chǎn)品加工、化學(xué)工業(yè)生產(chǎn)、金屬冶煉、酒業(yè)釀造、碼頭運輸?shù)刃袠I(yè),在散狀物料輸送行業(yè)中有著重要的地位。但由于我國對旋轉(zhuǎn)供料器的研究起步較晚,理論基礎(chǔ)研究較為薄弱,現(xiàn)階段對旋轉(zhuǎn)供料器的研究尚處于一個比較低的水平。旋轉(zhuǎn)供料器不同的工藝參數(shù)和結(jié)構(gòu)參數(shù)都會對輸送效果產(chǎn)生影響,影響輸送效果的工藝參數(shù)主要有轉(zhuǎn)子轉(zhuǎn)速、物料填充系數(shù)以及輸送氣壓等。本文對轉(zhuǎn)子直徑為Ф62的拆片式旋轉(zhuǎn)供料器采用模擬仿真和試驗的方式進行研究,分析轉(zhuǎn)子轉(zhuǎn)速以及物料填充系數(shù)對輸送效果的影響,主要研究內(nèi)容如下所述:(1)建立三維模型并導(dǎo)入EDEM模擬軟件,設(shè)定運輸參數(shù),對離散元散體進行分析,仿真過程中設(shè)置了3個填充系數(shù)5個轉(zhuǎn)子轉(zhuǎn)速,通過研究轉(zhuǎn)子轉(zhuǎn)速以及填充系數(shù)對出料量、質(zhì)量流速、輸送功率以及能耗的影響,得出轉(zhuǎn)子轉(zhuǎn)速以及填充系數(shù)對旋轉(zhuǎn)供料器輸送效果的影響。(2)綜合考慮各個參數(shù),通過對15組仿真結(jié)果分析得出較為優(yōu)化的輸送參數(shù)。(3)通過試驗對旋轉(zhuǎn)供料器的輸送情況進行研究。主要研究轉(zhuǎn)子轉(zhuǎn)速對填充系數(shù)、質(zhì)量流速的影響。本文通過仿真模擬和試驗兩種方式對旋轉(zhuǎn)供料器進行研究,對轉(zhuǎn)子轉(zhuǎn)速、填充系數(shù)、質(zhì)量流速等參數(shù)進行了分析,并給出較為優(yōu)化的輸送參數(shù),對實際生產(chǎn)應(yīng)用有著重要的意義,為旋轉(zhuǎn)供料器參數(shù)的設(shè)置提供參考。
[Abstract]:As a continuous conveying equipment of powder pellets, rotary feeder is widely used in the processing of non-staple food products, chemical industry production, metal smelting and wine brewing because of its characteristics of easy control, strong reliability and stable transportation. Wharf transportation and other industries, in the bulk material transport industry has an important position. However, the research on rotary feeder is still at a low level in our country because of its late start and weak theoretical basis. Different process parameters and structure parameters of rotary feeder will affect the conveying effect. The main technological parameters that affect the conveying effect are rotor speed material filling coefficient and conveying pressure etc. In this paper, the method of simulation and experiment is used to study the rotary feeder with rotor diameter No. 62, and the influence of rotor speed and material filling coefficient on the conveying effect is analyzed. The main research contents are as follows: (1) establish 3D model and import EDEM simulation software, set transportation parameters, analyze discrete element particles, set up 3 filling coefficient 5 rotors speed in the simulation process, By studying the effects of rotor speed and filling coefficient on the output, mass flow rate, conveying power and energy consumption, the effects of rotor speed and filling coefficient on the conveying effect of rotary feeder are obtained. (2) the parameters are considered synthetically. Through the analysis of 15 groups of simulation results, the more optimized transportation parameters are obtained. (3) the conveying condition of rotary feeder is studied through experiments. The effect of rotor speed on filling coefficient and mass velocity is studied. In this paper, the rotary feeder is studied by simulation, simulation and experiment. The rotor speed, filling coefficient, mass velocity and other parameters are analyzed, and the optimized conveying parameters are given. It is of great significance for practical application and provides a reference for setting the parameters of rotary feeder.
