【摘要】：分析三瓣波滾道圓柱滾子軸承外圈的結(jié)構(gòu)特點(diǎn)和加工難點(diǎn),基于初擬定外圈加工路線在生產(chǎn)中出現(xiàn)的問題,調(diào)整工藝流程、重新確定工藝參數(shù),優(yōu)化了外圈磨削工藝,滿足了產(chǎn)品各項(xiàng)精度要求。
[Abstract]:The structural characteristics and machining difficulties of the outer ring of the three-lobe raceway cylindrical roller bearing are analyzed. Based on the problems in the production of the initial drawing of the outer ring machining route, the technological process is adjusted, the technological parameters are redetermined, and the grinding technology of the outer ring is optimized. Meet the product precision requirements.
