環(huán)形自激振蕩射流泵內(nèi)部流動特性的數(shù)值模擬

【摘要】:將環(huán)形射流泵和自激振蕩射流的優(yōu)勢相結(jié)合提出了一種新型射流泵,通過數(shù)值模擬的方法研究了不同流量比工況下新型射流泵的性能和效率以及流場內(nèi)部流動參數(shù)的規(guī)律變化。結(jié)果表明:不同的工況條件對新型射流泵的性能有著較大的影響,最大泵效相比于傳統(tǒng)射流泵增大了2%左右,確定了較優(yōu)工況條件為0.48≤q≤0.7;隨著被吸流量的增大,流場中壓力系數(shù)逐漸降低,壓降增大的同時(shí)也造成了部分能量損失;兩股射流在自激振蕩腔室入口處的混合區(qū)范圍有著明顯變化,各截面動量修正系數(shù)逐漸趨于穩(wěn)定,在出水管處射流基本混合均勻。
[Abstract]:A new type of jet pump is proposed by combining the advantages of the annular jet pump and the self-excited oscillating jet. The performance and efficiency of the new jet pump under different flow ratios and the variation of flow parameters in the flow field are studied by numerical simulation. The results show that the performance of the new jet pump is greatly affected by different operating conditions. The maximum pump efficiency increases by about 2% compared with the traditional jet pump, and the optimum operating conditions are determined to be 0.48 鈮,
