岸邊集裝箱起重機(jī)鋼結(jié)構(gòu)有限元分析及壽命預(yù)估
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of container transportation industry, the number of container deepwater terminals and the throughput of container terminals are increasing rapidly. The quayside container crane is developing towards the direction of large scale and high efficiency as the main force of loading and unloading in the front of wharf. The load of steel structure is increasing day by day, and fatigue damage is one of the main reasons for the failure of steel structure. It has gradually attracted people's attention. In this paper, the finite element analysis of an 80T class experimental container crane of Zhenhua Port Machine is carried out by using workbench, and the stress distribution of the crane steel structure under different working conditions is obtained. The stress measurement of the experimental container crane is carried out. The results are compared with the finite element analysis, and the validity of the finite element analysis model is verified. According to the stress distribution obtained from the finite element analysis, the fatigue weakness area of the container crane is determined. The stress cycle is obtained from the stress history curve of the vulnerable area by the rain flow counting method, and characterized by the effective stress range. Combined with the load spectrum of crane, the life prediction method based on the amplitude of effective stress factor is used to predict the life of crane. In this paper, a crane life prediction software is developed by using LabWindows/CVI. The software includes information input module, basic parameter input and method selection module, digital filter module, life prediction module, graph display module, database storage module and result export module. Supplementary warning, alarm unit and DAQ data acquisition part, the software can run online, providing reliable support for the safe operation of crane.
