兩級串行生產(chǎn)線仿真建模與分析

【摘要】:生產(chǎn)線具有連貫性好、生產(chǎn)效率高等特點,吸引了越來越多制造企業(yè)的關(guān)注,在實際生產(chǎn)中具有廣泛應(yīng)用。緩沖區(qū)大小、質(zhì)量檢測策略、設(shè)備性能劣化等很多因素都會影響生產(chǎn)線的性能,本文依托“高檔數(shù)控機床與基礎(chǔ)制造裝備”國家科技重大專項課題“轎車變速箱齒輪加工自動生產(chǎn)線”,以具有質(zhì)量檢測信息反饋的兩級串行生產(chǎn)線為研究對象,采用仿真實驗方法,對生產(chǎn)線性能進行分析研究,為改善和優(yōu)化齒輪生產(chǎn)線的設(shè)計提供實驗和理論依據(jù)。首先,建立兩級串行生產(chǎn)線質(zhì)量檢測信息反饋模型,分析生產(chǎn)線中加工系統(tǒng)劣化過程,采用馬爾可夫隨機過程理論對加工系統(tǒng)劣化過程進行建模。分析生產(chǎn)線加工過程質(zhì)量失效類型,研究加工系統(tǒng)狀態(tài)與質(zhì)量失效之間的對應(yīng)關(guān)系,采用質(zhì)量檢測數(shù)據(jù)擬合方法,對工件質(zhì)量失效特性進行研究。其次,使用SimTalk語言編寫實驗控制程序?qū)C床、檢測站、機床維護策略等進行控制,確定生產(chǎn)線性能分析評價指標,分析加工時間的變動性,基于eM-Plant軟件平臺建立兩級串行生產(chǎn)線仿真分析模型,設(shè)計仿真實驗方案。然后,根據(jù)實驗方案開展仿真實驗,分析加工時間變化、緩沖區(qū)容量變化以及系統(tǒng)加工性能劣化對兩級串行生產(chǎn)線性能的影響,在不同配置生產(chǎn)線中進行對比分析,討論各種變化因素與生產(chǎn)線性能之間的聯(lián)系。最后,結(jié)合兩級串行齒輪自動加工生產(chǎn)線,研究各種改進方法對其性能的影響及其有效性。
[Abstract]:Because of its good consistency and high production efficiency, the production line has attracted more and more attention from manufacturing enterprises and has been widely used in practical production. Many factors, such as buffer size, quality detection strategy, equipment performance deterioration and so on, will affect the performance of the production line. This paper relies on "High-grade NC machine tools and basic manufacturing equipment", a national science and technology major project, "automatic production line for car gearbox gear processing", and takes the two-level serial production line with quality inspection information feedback as the research object. By using the method of simulation experiment, the performance of the production line is analyzed and studied, which provides the experimental and theoretical basis for improving and optimizing the design of the gear production line. Firstly, the information feedback model of two-stage serial production line quality detection is established, and the deterioration process of machining system in production line is analyzed. Markov stochastic process theory is used to model the deterioration process of machining system. The quality failure type of production line is analyzed and the corresponding relationship between machining system state and quality failure is studied. The quality failure characteristics of workpiece are studied by using the fitting method of quality test data. Secondly, we use SimTalk language to compile the experimental control program to control the machine tool, the test station, the machine tool maintenance strategy and so on, to determine the production line performance analysis evaluation index, to analyze the processing time variability, Based on eM-Plant software platform, the simulation analysis model of two-stage serial production line is established, and the simulation experiment scheme is designed. Then, according to the experimental scheme, the simulation experiment is carried out to analyze the effects of the change of processing time, the change of buffer capacity and the deterioration of system processing performance on the performance of two-stage serial production line. The relationship between various factors and the performance of the production line is discussed. Finally, combined with the two-stage serial gear automatic processing line, the effects of various improvement methods on its performance and its effectiveness are studied.
