考慮微運(yùn)動(dòng)的共軌高壓油泵柱塞副瞬態(tài)泄漏研究

【摘要】:柱塞副是高壓油泵總成中最重要和最精密的零件之一。隨著泵油壓力的提高,其密封特性的研究已成為研究高壓共軌燃油噴射系統(tǒng)的關(guān)鍵。實(shí)踐表明,柱塞微運(yùn)動(dòng)對(duì)柱塞副的密封特性和泄漏有著重要的影響。本文針對(duì)該課題主要開展了以下研究:(1)闡述了高壓油泵的工作原理,建立了柱塞副受力的物理模型。引入動(dòng)壓支撐理論,進(jìn)行了液壓支撐力和液壓支撐力矩的平衡分析。采用數(shù)值方法對(duì)動(dòng)力學(xué)模型進(jìn)行了耦合求解,得到了柱塞偏移、傾斜的微運(yùn)動(dòng)。(2)在考慮柱塞微運(yùn)動(dòng)、結(jié)構(gòu)變形以及燃油物性變化的基礎(chǔ)上,對(duì)高壓油泵柱塞副瞬態(tài)泄漏進(jìn)行了理論研究,建立了其相應(yīng)的數(shù)學(xué)模型。給出了該耦合模型的數(shù)值求解方法,并與實(shí)驗(yàn)對(duì)比驗(yàn)證該模型的精確性。進(jìn)一步完善了柱塞副泄漏理論,為高壓油泵柱塞副的設(shè)計(jì)提供了理論指導(dǎo)。(3)進(jìn)一步分析了柱塞和凸輪的結(jié)構(gòu)、工作以及燃油的物性等參數(shù)對(duì)高壓油泵柱塞腔壓力和柱塞副瞬態(tài)泄漏的作用,并總結(jié)了其影響規(guī)律。進(jìn)一步豐富了高壓油泵泵油能力的研究基礎(chǔ),為高壓油泵的設(shè)計(jì)提供了理論指導(dǎo)。
[Abstract]:Plunger pair is one of the most important and precise parts in high-pressure oil pump assembly. With the increase of pump oil pressure, the study of seal characteristics has become the key to the study of high pressure common rail fuel injection system. Practice shows that the micro movement of plunger has an important effect on sealing characteristics and leakage of plunger pair. In this paper, the working principle of high pressure oil pump is expounded, and the physical model of piston pair force is established. The balance analysis of hydraulic support force and hydraulic support torque is carried out by introducing the theory of hydrodynamic support. The numerical method is used to solve the dynamic model by coupling method. The plunger migration and tilted micro-motion are obtained on the basis of considering the micro-motion of plunger, structural deformation and the change of fuel properties. The transient leakage of plunger pair of high pressure oil pump is studied theoretically and its corresponding mathematical model is established. The numerical solution of the coupled model is presented, and the accuracy of the model is verified by comparison with the experimental results. The leakage theory of plunger pair is further improved, and the structure of plunger and cam is further analyzed for the design of plunger pair of high pressure oil pump. The effects of operation and physical properties of fuel on the pressure of plunger cavity and transient leakage of plunger pair of high pressure oil pump are summarized. It further enriches the research foundation of high-pressure oil pump and provides theoretical guidance for the design of high-pressure oil pump.
