轉(zhuǎn)子不平衡對(duì)兩跨三支撐軸系振動(dòng)特性的影響

【摘要】:針對(duì)汽輪機(jī)組、航空發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)等兩跨三支撐軸系常發(fā)生不平衡振動(dòng)故障問(wèn)題,研究了各轉(zhuǎn)子不平衡對(duì)軸系振動(dòng)特性的影響.首先建立兩跨三支撐軸系動(dòng)力學(xué)有限元模型,在各跨轉(zhuǎn)子上分別施加同相和反相不平衡激勵(lì),對(duì)軸系不平衡穩(wěn)態(tài)響應(yīng)進(jìn)行分析,并搭建了軸系模擬實(shí)驗(yàn)臺(tái).結(jié)果表明:這種軸系轉(zhuǎn)子跨內(nèi)加重振動(dòng)以單轉(zhuǎn)子不平衡振動(dòng)特性為主,轉(zhuǎn)子間振動(dòng)相互影響較大,具有明顯的懸臂轉(zhuǎn)子外伸端振動(dòng)特性.
[Abstract]:In order to solve the problem of unbalance vibration of two span and three support shafting such as steam turbine unit and aeroengine, the effect of rotor unbalance on the vibration characteristics of shaft system is studied in this paper. Firstly, the dynamic finite element model of two-span three-braced shafting is established, and the in-phase and inverse-phase unbalance excitation is applied to each span rotor respectively, and the unbalance steady state response of shafting is analyzed, and the shafting simulation test bench is built. The results show that the unbalance vibration of single rotor is the main characteristic of this kind of shaft rotor, and the vibration between rotors has great influence on each other, and it has obvious vibration characteristics of cantilever rotor at the extension end.
