【摘要】：近年來(lái)，隨著中國(guó)制造業(yè)的飛速發(fā)展，用戶對(duì)制造產(chǎn)品的品質(zhì)要求越來(lái)越高，因此，采取有效措施改善產(chǎn)品的品質(zhì)是目前的當(dāng)務(wù)之急。東莞一家鋼鐵線材有限公司生產(chǎn)的產(chǎn)品現(xiàn)狀是：訂單多、批量小、精度要求高，在公司的眾多設(shè)備中，轉(zhuǎn)轂調(diào)直切斷機(jī)是生產(chǎn)高精度鋼鐵線棒材不可缺少的重要設(shè)備之一。 目前，我國(guó)的轉(zhuǎn)轂調(diào)直切斷機(jī)由于結(jié)構(gòu)復(fù)雜、工作環(huán)境惡劣，生產(chǎn)中經(jīng)常出現(xiàn)影響質(zhì)量和成本的問(wèn)題。轉(zhuǎn)轂調(diào)直切斷機(jī)存在的主要問(wèn)題：調(diào)直工序技術(shù)要求高、難度大、需反復(fù)調(diào)直，，操作復(fù)雜、效率低；調(diào)直時(shí)，試切原材料浪費(fèi)多、耗時(shí)長(zhǎng)；鑄鐵壓模影響加工產(chǎn)品的圓柱度和表面精度；同時(shí)客戶對(duì)產(chǎn)品的表面粗糙度、直線度、切口圓柱度等有著嚴(yán)格的要求。本課題正是為了解決東莞這家鋼鐵線材有限公司轉(zhuǎn)轂調(diào)直切斷機(jī)存在的這些問(wèn)題而進(jìn)行研究，目前國(guó)內(nèi)對(duì)圓棒鋼材的調(diào)直和切斷，主要還是采用機(jī)械式調(diào)直切斷機(jī)，技術(shù)改進(jìn)較少。 本文以東莞這家鋼鐵線材有限公司的轉(zhuǎn)轂調(diào)直切斷機(jī)為研究對(duì)象，重點(diǎn)研究圓棒鋼材的調(diào)直過(guò)程和切斷方式，為解決實(shí)際生產(chǎn)中出現(xiàn)的問(wèn)題提供參考。論文首先從現(xiàn)有調(diào)直切斷機(jī)存在的問(wèn)題和生產(chǎn)實(shí)際情況出發(fā)，在現(xiàn)有調(diào)直切斷機(jī)基礎(chǔ)上設(shè)計(jì)了新型調(diào)直切斷機(jī)總體方案。其次，遵從圓棒鋼材的調(diào)直機(jī)理及彈塑性彎曲變形分析，通過(guò)計(jì)算得出了調(diào)直轉(zhuǎn)轂機(jī)構(gòu)的結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)參數(shù)，在此基礎(chǔ)上提出可視化的調(diào)直方法和采用聚四氟乙烯為壓模材料，提高了調(diào)直的效率和品質(zhì)。然后，論文針對(duì)調(diào)直切斷機(jī)機(jī)械式切斷的不足之處，設(shè)計(jì)了一款符合實(shí)際生產(chǎn)需求的刀具轉(zhuǎn)盤(pán)結(jié)構(gòu)及其液壓切斷工作系統(tǒng)。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the rapid development of Chinese manufacturing industry, the quality of manufactured products is becoming more and more demanding. Therefore, it is urgent to take effective measures to improve the quality of products. The products produced by a Dongguan Iron and Steel Wire Co., Ltd. are as follows: many orders, small batches and high precision requirements. Among the many equipments in the company, the hub straightening and cutting machine is one of the indispensable important equipments for producing high precision steel wire bar. At present, because of the complex structure and bad working environment, the problems of quality and cost often appear in the production of the rotary hub straightening and cutting machine in our country. The main problems of the hub straightening and cutting machine are as follows: the technical requirements of straightening process are high, the straightening process is difficult, the operation is complex and the efficiency is low, when straightening, the raw materials are wasted and the time is long. Cast iron die affects the cylinder degree and surface precision of the processed product, and the customer has strict requirements for the surface roughness, straightness and notch cylinder of the product. This subject is to solve these problems of the rotary hub straightening and cutting machine in Dongguan Iron and Steel Wire Co., Ltd. At present, the domestic straightening and cutting of round bar steel is mainly done by mechanical straightening and cutting machine. Technical improvement is less. In this paper, the turning hub straightening and cutting machine of Dongguan Iron and Steel Wire Co., Ltd is taken as the research object, and the straightening process and cutting mode of round bar steel are studied emphatically, which provides a reference for solving the problems in practical production. Firstly, based on the existing problems of straightening and cutting machine and the actual situation of production, the overall scheme of new straightening and cutting machine is designed on the basis of the existing straightening and cutting machine. Secondly, in accordance with the straightening mechanism of round bar steel and the analysis of elastoplastic bending deformation, the structural design parameters of straightening hub mechanism are obtained by calculation. On the basis of this, a visual straightening method and the use of PTFE as pressing die material are put forward. The efficiency and quality of straightening are improved. Then, aiming at the shortage of mechanical cutting of straightening and cutting machine, a kind of cutting tool turntable structure and its hydraulic cutting system are designed.
