輪式裝載機駕駛室造型設(shè)計與舒適性研究

【摘要】:本文以輪式裝載機駕駛室為研究對象,針對駕駛室存在的振動噪聲過大、座椅舒適性差以及視野安全隱患等問題,通過噪聲源識別實驗、有限元仿真分析、坐姿人機工程舒適性分析、視野開闊性分析等,研究影響駕駛室舒適性的因素,并以此為基礎(chǔ)進(jìn)行輪式裝載機駕駛室的造型設(shè)計。(1)設(shè)計駕駛室噪聲源識別實驗方案,獲取駕駛室重要位置的聲壓級數(shù)據(jù)和振動信號,分析該型號駕駛室振動噪聲的來源。(2)依據(jù)有限元仿真理論和模態(tài)分析理論,建立駕駛室有限元模型,進(jìn)行結(jié)構(gòu)模態(tài)分析,獲取結(jié)構(gòu)固有頻率及對應(yīng)頻率的振型;根據(jù)模態(tài)分析及實驗測試結(jié)果,對產(chǎn)生低頻振動噪聲的大面積鋼板和橫梁進(jìn)行改進(jìn)設(shè)計。應(yīng)用聲學(xué)仿真軟件LMS,對駕駛室進(jìn)行聲模態(tài)分析和耦合模態(tài)分析,獲得車內(nèi)空腔的聲學(xué)共鳴頻率和耦合頻率,為駕駛室降噪提供參考。(3)根據(jù)人體坐姿理論和座椅設(shè)計原則,分析裝載機座椅設(shè)計參數(shù)與人體尺寸之間的關(guān)聯(lián),利用人機工程學(xué)所建立的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化人體尺寸數(shù)據(jù)庫,實現(xiàn)以人體模型來驅(qū)動裝載機座椅的設(shè)計,保證座椅的舒適性。(4)將眼橢圓理論應(yīng)用到裝載機駕駛室的視野設(shè)計中,分析駕駛員的眼橢圓參數(shù)尺寸及在駕駛室內(nèi)的定位尺寸,根據(jù)人的視野特點對裝載機前方垂直視野、前方水平視野進(jìn)行開闊性校核。(5)從分析駕駛室的功能出發(fā),應(yīng)用人機工程學(xué)設(shè)計準(zhǔn)則,進(jìn)行人性化的造型設(shè)計。設(shè)計結(jié)果不僅滿足功能的需要,同時確保駕駛室具有適宜的噪聲環(huán)境、良好的座椅舒適性、開闊的工作視野。
[Abstract]:In this paper, the cab of wheel loader is taken as the research object. Aiming at the problems such as excessive vibration noise, poor seat comfort and hidden danger of visual field safety, the finite element simulation analysis is carried out through the noise source identification experiment. On the basis of the analysis of ergonomic comfort of sitting posture and the analysis of wide field of vision, the factors affecting the comfort of cab are studied, and based on this, the design of cab noise source identification experiment scheme of wheel loader cab is carried out, which is based on the modeling design of wheel loader cab. According to the finite element simulation theory and modal analysis theory, the finite element model of the cab is established, and the structural modal analysis is carried out, and the sound pressure level data and vibration signal of the cab are obtained, and the source of vibration and noise of the cab is analyzed. According to the modal analysis and experimental results, the large area steel plate and beam with low frequency vibration noise are improved. The acoustic modal analysis and coupling modal analysis of the cab are carried out by using the acoustic simulation software LMS. the acoustic resonance frequency and coupling frequency of the inner cavity of the vehicle are obtained, which provides a reference for reducing noise in the cab.) according to the theory of human sitting position and the principle of seat design, This paper analyzes the relationship between the design parameters of the loader seat and the human body size, and realizes the design of the loader seat driven by the human body model by using the standardized human dimension database established by ergonomics. To ensure the comfort of the seat, the eye ellipse theory is applied to the visual field design of the cab of the loader. The dimensions of the eye ellipse parameters of the driver and the positioning dimension in the cab are analyzed, and the vertical visual field in front of the loader is analyzed according to the characteristics of the human visual field. Based on the analysis of cab function, the humanized modeling design is carried out by applying ergonomics design criterion. The design results not only meet the needs of function, but also ensure that the cab has suitable noise environment, good seat comfort and wide working field.
