【摘要】：針對(duì)建筑機(jī)械多品種小批量產(chǎn)品生產(chǎn)制造的特點(diǎn),從零件族成組工藝著手,創(chuàng)新設(shè)計(jì)并介紹了冷作零件分類編碼法則,然后實(shí)現(xiàn)相似件成組工藝規(guī)程計(jì)算機(jī)管理,使中小批量生產(chǎn)也能獲得類似大批量生產(chǎn)的經(jīng)濟(jì)效益,更好地適應(yīng)市場(chǎng)快速變化。
[Abstract]:In view of the characteristics of production and manufacture of multi-variety and small-batch products of construction machinery, this paper, starting from the group process of parts family, innovates in designing and introducing the classification and coding rules of cold-working parts, and then realizes the computer management of group process rules for similar parts. So that medium and small batch production can also obtain similar economic benefits, and better adapt to the rapid changes in the market.
