【摘要】：對輸送用模鍛易拆鏈的主要技術(shù)條件和零件的主要尺寸參數(shù)設(shè)計進行了詳細的闡述,對ASME B29.22—2001標準中的單向極值參數(shù)給出了數(shù)據(jù)處理方法,在標準中部分沒有的重要尺寸參數(shù)通過尺寸鏈計算或強度計算等方法獲得,并給出了主要參數(shù)尺寸的公差選擇。同時,根據(jù)模鍛鏈的使用特點和不同的使用工況,推薦了不同的材料選擇和熱處理的設(shè)計要求,對中鏈環(huán)、外鏈板和銷軸等主要模鍛鏈零件給出了強度驗算公式。
[Abstract]:The main technical conditions for the easy dismantling of the die forging and the design of the main dimension parameters of the parts are described in detail. The data processing method is given for the unidirectional extremum parameters in the ASME B29.22 2001 standard. The important parameters in the standard are obtained by the calculation of the dimension chain calculation or the strength calculation. At the same time, according to the use characteristics and different working conditions of the die forging chain, the design requirements of different material selection and heat treatment are recommended. The strength checking formula for the main die forging chain parts, such as the middle chain ring, the outer chain plate and the pin shaft, is given.
