多級混合式換向傳動系統(tǒng)優(yōu)化設(shè)計方法的研究

【摘要】:基于等接觸疲勞壽命的設(shè)計準則,綜合考慮寬徑比、行星輪個數(shù)、不均載系數(shù)、各級傳動尺寸協(xié)調(diào)等邊界條件,建立了多級混合式換向傳動系統(tǒng)優(yōu)化設(shè)計的數(shù)學(xué)模型,對系統(tǒng)傳動比進行優(yōu)化分配。運用進化算法,采用MATLAB/GUI工具開發(fā)程序界面,對比分析程序運行結(jié)果與樣機參數(shù),驗證優(yōu)化設(shè)計方法的優(yōu)越性,對設(shè)計多級混合式換向傳動系統(tǒng)具有重要的工程指導(dǎo)意義。
[Abstract]:Based on the design criterion of equal contact fatigue life and considering the boundary conditions such as the ratio of width to diameter, the number of planetary wheels, the coefficient of uneven load and the coordination of transmission dimensions at all levels, a mathematical model for optimal design of multistage hybrid commutative transmission system is established. Optimize the transmission ratio of the system. Using evolutionary algorithm and MATLAB/GUI tool to develop program interface, comparing and analyzing program running results and prototype parameters, validating the superiority of optimization design method, which has important engineering guiding significance for the design of multistage hybrid commutative transmission system.
