基于LEMs的平面抗拉壓柔性內(nèi)鉸鏈設(shè)計

【摘要】:針對平板折展(LET)柔性內(nèi)鉸鏈不適宜承受軸向拉力和壓力的問題,提出了一種平面抗拉壓柔性內(nèi)鉸鏈.首先,基于反演原則,設(shè)計了平面抗拉壓柔性內(nèi)鉸鏈的外形結(jié)構(gòu);其次,推導(dǎo)了該柔性鉸鏈的彎曲等效剛度與拉壓等效剛度的閉式解析式,并用有限元軟件對兩個閉式解析式進行校驗,分析結(jié)果顯示封閉解與有限元結(jié)果的偏差分別小于1.76%和4.75%,從而驗證了上述剛度閉式解析式的正確性;然后,利用轉(zhuǎn)動軸心漂移量對平面抗拉壓柔性內(nèi)鉸鏈的轉(zhuǎn)動精度進行了分析;最后,將平面抗拉壓柔性內(nèi)鉸鏈和LET柔性內(nèi)鉸鏈的各項性能進行比較.結(jié)果表明:在外形尺寸一致的情況下平面抗拉壓柔性內(nèi)鉸鏈的彎曲剛度僅是LET柔性內(nèi)鉸鏈的1.19倍,而拉壓剛度和轉(zhuǎn)動軸心漂移量卻分別為其19.15~27.70倍和88%;在彎曲剛度沒有明顯變化的前提下,平面抗拉壓柔性內(nèi)鉸鏈的拉壓剛度及轉(zhuǎn)動精度均有顯著提高.
[Abstract]:In order to solve the problem that the flexible inner hinge of flat plate is not suitable for bearing axial tension and pressure, a kind of planar flexure hinge is proposed. Firstly, based on the inversion principle, the shape structure of the plane flexure hinge is designed. Secondly, the closed analytic formula of the bending equivalent stiffness and the tension compression equivalent stiffness of the flexure hinge is derived. The results show that the deviation between the closed solution and the finite element result is less than 1.76% and 4.75% respectively. The rotation accuracy of the plane flexure hinge is analyzed by using the rotation axis drift. Finally, the performances of the plane tension and compression flexure inner hinge and the LET flexure inner hinge are compared. The results show that the bending stiffness of the plane flexure hinge is only 1.19 times that of the LET flexure hinge under the same shape and size. However, the tensile and compression stiffness and the rotation axis drift are 19.15 ~ 27.70 times and 88 times respectively, and the tension and compression stiffness and rotation precision of the plane flexure hinge are improved obviously without obvious change of bending stiffness.
