基于SolidWorks的凸輪連桿參數(shù)化設計及CAD系統(tǒng)開發(fā)

【摘要】:本文首先介紹了凸輪在各個領域的重要性,闡述了計算機輔助設計(CAD)技術在提高設計生產(chǎn)效率等方面發(fā)揮的重要作用,分析了目前國內(nèi)外針對凸輪設計的CAD系統(tǒng)存在的專業(yè)性不強等問題,提出開發(fā)凸輪連桿組合機構CAD系統(tǒng)的必要性,因此對基于SolidWorks的凸輪連桿參數(shù)化設計及CAD系統(tǒng)開發(fā)進行了研究。1.凸輪連桿機構數(shù)學模型及運動規(guī)律分析。針對凸輪連桿組合機構的求解提出分級、分模塊設計計算方法,為各類分級后的機構編制程序模塊,實現(xiàn)求解程序的通用化,對凸輪連桿機構的運動規(guī)律曲線選用原則進行了分析與研究。2.凸輪連桿組合機構CAD系統(tǒng)開發(fā)。以SolidWorks為開發(fā)平臺,Visual Studio2012為開發(fā)工具,VC++為編程語言,開發(fā)出一款針對凸輪連桿組合機構設計的CAD系統(tǒng),并在選定適合的參數(shù)化方法后,實現(xiàn)對凸輪零件的參數(shù)化建模。3.對高速凸輪連桿機構進行動力學分析。討論高速凸輪的慣性沖擊對執(zhí)行末端精度的影響,理論分析了影響凸輪驅動部分的振動因素,在此基礎上就如何控制凸輪機構振動提出建議,并將部分減振措施融入到了開發(fā)的凸輪連桿組合機構CAD系統(tǒng)中。
[Abstract]:This paper first introduces the importance of cam in various fields, and expounds the important role of CAD in improving the efficiency of design and production. This paper analyzes the problems existing in the CAD system designed for the cam at home and abroad, and points out the necessity of developing the CAD system of the cam connecting rod combination mechanism. Therefore, the parameterized design of cam linkage based on SolidWorks and the development of CAD system are studied. 1. The mathematical model and motion law of cam linkage mechanism are analyzed. Programming modules are compiled for all kinds of graded mechanisms to realize the generalization of the solution program. This paper analyzes and studies the principle of choosing the curve of cam linkage mechanism. 2. The development of CAD system of cam linkage combination mechanism. Taking SolidWorks as the development platform and Visual Studio2012 as the development tool, VC is used as the programming language. This paper develops a CAD system designed for the cam and connecting rod combination mechanism, and after selecting the suitable parameterization method, The parameterized modeling of cam parts is realized. The dynamic analysis of high-speed cam linkage mechanism is carried out. The influence of inertia impact of high speed cam on the precision of execution end is discussed, and the vibration factors affecting the driving part of cam are analyzed theoretically. On the basis of this, some suggestions on how to control the vibration of cam mechanism are put forward, and some damping measures are integrated into the CAD system of cam linkage combination mechanism developed.
