【摘要】：本文首先對2016版起重機檢規(guī)中關(guān)于吊運熔融金屬起重機特殊要求的項目進行了梳理,并比較了監(jiān)督檢驗和定期檢驗相關(guān)檢驗項目設(shè)置的差異;接著對吊運熔融金屬起重機的現(xiàn)狀進行了分析;在此基礎(chǔ)上分析了現(xiàn)場檢驗中可能會遇到的問題并給出了解決的建議。本文對檢驗項目的分析和建議可進一步加強檢驗人員對吊運熔融金屬起重機安全性的要求,保障特種設(shè)備安全。
[Abstract]:In this paper, the special requirements of lifting molten metal cranes in the 2016 edition of crane inspection regulations are combed, and the differences between supervision inspection items and periodic inspection items are compared. Then the current situation of lifting molten metal crane is analyzed. On this basis, the problems that may be encountered in the field inspection are analyzed and some suggestions are given. The analysis and suggestions of the inspection items in this paper can further strengthen the safety requirements of the inspectors for lifting and transporting molten metal cranes. To ensure the safety of special equipment.
