行包存取自動化系統(tǒng)的設計與仿真研究

【摘要】:人們生活質(zhì)量的改善和消費方式的轉(zhuǎn)變升級必然要求社會的服務質(zhì)量與之相匹配。當人們外出旅游或者休閑娛樂時,隨身的行包該如何安全、快速、實惠的存放成為制約人們出行期間合理安排時間的一大瓶頸。例如,在天安門廣場,由于場所特殊,政策和制度規(guī)定也特殊,要求參觀的人們必須先寄存隨身攜帶的所有行李,才能進去參觀和游玩。這樣產(chǎn)生了非常大的高效、快速的行包自動化寄存系統(tǒng)的需求。目前國內(nèi)外行包存取的方式主要是人工存取、小件電子存取柜和自助存取,人工存取是最傳統(tǒng)的存取方式,開設人工服務臺,行李寄存由人工操作,效率低、安全性差。小件電子存取和自助存取的規(guī)模和寄存行包的尺寸卻非常受限,只限于小件手提袋的寄存,安全性同樣得不到保障。而近年來隨著現(xiàn)代物流和自動化技術(shù)的高速發(fā)展,傳統(tǒng)的輸送和存儲系統(tǒng)越來越朝著全自動智能化的方向發(fā)展,F(xiàn)代化的自動化立體倉庫及自動輸送系統(tǒng)得到企業(yè)廣泛推廣和應用,已經(jīng)逐漸取代了落后的占地面積大和只能依靠人工搬運的倉庫,改變了我國傳統(tǒng)人工倉庫“臟、亂、差”的低水平狀況,F(xiàn)代物流自動化技術(shù)的進步和發(fā)展給本文的自動化行包寄存系統(tǒng)設計帶來了很大的啟發(fā),雖然目前自動化倉儲技術(shù)在存包服務行業(yè)的應用仍然處于空白研究領(lǐng)域,但是自動化倉儲技術(shù)在煙草物流、醫(yī)藥分揀、立體車庫存儲等其他領(lǐng)域的應用已經(jīng)比較成熟,并給企業(yè)帶來了明顯的效益的提高。這些行業(yè)成功的應用例子給本文自動化存取服務系統(tǒng)的設計帶來很好的方向指導;诖,本文結(jié)合現(xiàn)代物流自動化立體倉儲技術(shù)、自動化控制技術(shù)和計算機信息管理技術(shù),將代物流自動化立體倉儲技術(shù)引進傳統(tǒng)的人工柜臺服務的行包存取領(lǐng)域,對傳統(tǒng)的人工行包寄存方式進行了全面的改進,并結(jié)合國內(nèi)外計算機信息操作和自動化控制技術(shù),高效、安全、智能、經(jīng)濟的完成顧客行包存儲。最后,本文運用了AutoMod仿真法對該系統(tǒng)進行仿真和優(yōu)化,在改善當前傳統(tǒng)行李存取方式和自動化電子自助存包方式存在的多種問題的同時,促使行包存取服務行業(yè)升級,提高和改善存取服務質(zhì)量,并節(jié)約社會資源,為社會創(chuàng)造新的綠色經(jīng)濟利潤點。
[Abstract]:The improvement of people's quality of life and the transformation and upgrading of consumption style will inevitably require the social service quality to match it. When people go out for travel or leisure and entertainment, how to keep their bags safe and fast? Affordable storage has become a major constraint on how people spend their travel time. For example, in Tian鈥檃n Men Square, because of the special place and special policies and regulations, visitors are required to keep all their luggage with them. In order to go in and visit and play. This has created a very large demand for a highly efficient and fast automated luggage and package storage system. At present, the main ways to access luggage and bags at home and abroad are manual access, small electronic access cabinets and self-help access. Manual access is the most traditional method of access. Manual help desk is set up, luggage storage is operated manually, the efficiency is low, and the security is poor. However, the size of small electronic access and self-access and the size of stored bags are very limited. With the rapid development of modern logistics and automation technology in recent years, the safety is not guaranteed only for the storage of small tote bags, and in recent years with the rapid development of modern logistics and automation technology, The traditional transportation and storage system is developing towards the direction of automatic and intelligent. The modern automatic three-dimensional warehouse and automatic conveying system have been widely used and popularized by enterprises. Has gradually replaced the backward warehouse which occupies large area and can only rely on manual handling, and has changed the traditional artificial warehouse of our country "dirty and messy," The progress and development of modern logistics automation technology has brought great inspiration to the design of automated luggage and bag storage system in this paper. Although the application of automated warehousing technology in the storage and package service industry is still in the blank research field, the application of automated warehousing technology in other fields such as tobacco logistics, medical sorting, stereoscopic garage storage and other fields has been relatively mature. The successful application of these industries has brought a good direction to the design of the automated access service system. Based on this, this paper combines the modern logistics automation three-dimensional warehousing technology, Automatic control technology and computer information management technology will introduce the technology of logistics automatic three-dimensional storage into the traditional manual counter service bag access field, and improve the traditional manual luggage and bag storage mode. And combined with computer information operation and automation control technology at home and abroad, high efficiency, security, intelligence and economic to complete customer luggage storage. Finally, this paper uses AutoMod simulation method to simulate and optimize the system. At the same time, it can promote the upgrading of luggage access service industry, improve the quality of access service, and save social resources, while improving the existing problems of traditional baggage access mode and automatic electronic self-service storage mode, and at the same time promoting the upgrading of luggage and packet access service industry. Create a new green economic profit point for the society.
