【摘要】：針對(duì)溢流閥在線檢測(cè)系統(tǒng)中,錐閥芯材料為紫銅時(shí),閥芯力學(xué)性能不滿足設(shè)計(jì)要求的問(wèn)題,提出通過(guò)優(yōu)化部分機(jī)械結(jié)構(gòu)參數(shù),進(jìn)而提升閥芯力學(xué)性能的研究方法。設(shè)計(jì)了一種基于均勻設(shè)計(jì)試驗(yàn)法的閥芯力學(xué)性能的仿真試驗(yàn)方案,借助于有限元法、均勻設(shè)計(jì)試驗(yàn)、動(dòng)態(tài)響應(yīng)模型等研究方法,分析了各參數(shù)對(duì)結(jié)構(gòu)優(yōu)化影響的敏感度,求解了多指標(biāo)函數(shù)與結(jié)構(gòu)參數(shù)之間的動(dòng)態(tài)響應(yīng)模型。最后,利用指標(biāo)圖譜和遺傳算法對(duì)結(jié)構(gòu)參數(shù)進(jìn)行了優(yōu)化計(jì)算,對(duì)比了均勻設(shè)計(jì)試驗(yàn)法和指標(biāo)圖譜法的優(yōu)化結(jié)果。結(jié)果表明,均勻設(shè)計(jì)試驗(yàn)和指標(biāo)圖譜優(yōu)化結(jié)果十分接近,均勻設(shè)計(jì)試驗(yàn)法適用于閥芯力學(xué)性能的優(yōu)化設(shè)計(jì)。
[Abstract]:Aiming at the problem that the mechanical properties of the valve core do not meet the design requirements when the cone valve core material is copper in the on-line inspection system of relief valve, the optimization of some mechanical structure parameters is put forward. A simulation test scheme based on uniform design test method is designed to improve the mechanical properties of the spool. By means of finite element method, uniform design test, dynamic response model, etc. The sensitivity of each parameter to structural optimization is analyzed, and the dynamic response model between multi-index function and structural parameter is solved. Finally, the structural parameters are optimized by using index map and genetic algorithm. The optimization results of uniform design test method and index map method are compared. The results show that the uniform design test method is very close to the index map optimization result, and the uniform design test method is suitable for the optimization design of the mechanical properties of the valve core.
