【摘要】：針對(duì)齒輪箱結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)中經(jīng)常存在的局部模態(tài)不滿(mǎn)足振動(dòng)特性要求,需要快速而準(zhǔn)確地獲得控制振動(dòng)所需結(jié)構(gòu)的難題,提出了一種基于局部模態(tài)特征控制的齒輪箱結(jié)構(gòu)優(yōu)化方法,即:根據(jù)結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)中出現(xiàn)的模態(tài)特征,基于局部模態(tài)頻率與拓?fù)鋬?yōu)化等的耦合分析,獲得局部結(jié)構(gòu)的模態(tài)控制與優(yōu)化。仿真與實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明:新方法能夠快速有效的控制齒輪箱振動(dòng)特性,為齒輪箱減振及結(jié)構(gòu)優(yōu)化設(shè)計(jì)提供了一條新的途徑。
[Abstract]:In order to solve the problem that the local mode of gearbox structure design often does not meet the requirements of vibration characteristics, it is necessary to obtain the structure needed for vibration control quickly and accurately. This paper presents an optimization method of gearbox structure based on local modal characteristic control. That is, according to the modal features in structural design, the coupling analysis of local modal frequency and topology optimization is used. The simulation and experimental results show that the new method can quickly and effectively control the vibration characteristics of the gearbox and provide a new way for the vibration reduction and structural optimization design of the gearbox.
