【摘要】:文章重點(diǎn)研究直驅(qū)進(jìn)給伺服系統(tǒng)的摩擦力特性辨識(shí)問題。著重介紹了摩擦力的非線性特性,給出了其模型,定性分析其對(duì)系統(tǒng)的不利影響。同時(shí),指出了在低速和高速進(jìn)給時(shí)的負(fù)載力和速度對(duì)系統(tǒng)非線性摩檫力的作用。文章針對(duì)摩擦力非線性辨識(shí)問題,采用Var Der Pol方程求解方法進(jìn)行相關(guān)分析與辨識(shí),分析了摩擦力非線性特性的特點(diǎn),給出了其非線性判據(jù)。摩擦力對(duì)系統(tǒng)非線性作用,主要體現(xiàn)在低速段,它使系統(tǒng)出現(xiàn)自激振動(dòng)從而導(dǎo)致系統(tǒng)出現(xiàn)爬行現(xiàn)象,系統(tǒng)陷入失穩(wěn)狀態(tài)。負(fù)載力在高速段,對(duì)系統(tǒng)摩擦力的影響比較明顯。通過試驗(yàn),驗(yàn)證了摩擦力非線性特性辨識(shí)的合理性和正確性,摩擦力受速度和負(fù)載力的影響較為明顯。
[Abstract]:This paper focuses on the identification problem of the friction characteristics of direct drive servo system. Emphatically introduces the nonlinear characteristics of friction, the mathematic model is given, the qualitative analysis of its adverse impact on the system. At the same time, points out the effect at low speed and high speed feed load force and speed on the nonlinear friction force. The nonlinear friction force the identification problem, the solving method of Var Der Pol equation by correlation analysis and identification, analysis of the characteristics of nonlinear friction, the frictional force on the system nonlinear criterion. Nonlinear effect is mainly reflected in the low speed, it makes the system self-excited vibration causing the system to crawl into the system, the load acting on the instability. High speed, impact on the system friction obviously. Through the experiment, verify the rationality and validity of the identification of nonlinear characteristics of friction, friction The force influenced by the velocity and load force is more obvious.
