離心壓氣機(jī)非軸對(duì)稱流動(dòng)特性分析

【摘要】:為探求離心壓氣機(jī)蝸殼周向不對(duì)稱結(jié)構(gòu)引起的內(nèi)部非軸對(duì)稱流動(dòng)現(xiàn)象,采用實(shí)驗(yàn)和數(shù)值模擬(湍流模型為S-A模型)相結(jié)合的方法進(jìn)行研究。結(jié)果表明:非設(shè)計(jì)工況下蝸殼高靜壓區(qū)域產(chǎn)生的擾動(dòng)壓力波向上游逆向傳播,使壓氣機(jī)內(nèi)部出現(xiàn)非軸對(duì)稱流動(dòng)。大流量工況(0.40kg/s)下蝸殼靜壓的不均勻程度比小流量工況(0.26kg/s)更明顯,葉輪出口較強(qiáng)的擾動(dòng)壓力波可以逆向傳播到葉輪進(jìn)口大約180°的周向位置。流經(jīng)擴(kuò)壓器的氣流徑向和切向速度的周向不均勻程度在小流量工況下較為顯著,但大流量工況下蝸殼進(jìn)口氣流隨時(shí)間的波動(dòng)程度更明顯。葉輪內(nèi)部的非軸對(duì)稱流動(dòng)特性對(duì)葉片載荷分布及其波動(dòng)形式產(chǎn)生影響,大流量工況下主葉片表面載荷波動(dòng)主要受基頻影響,而小流量工況下主要受2倍頻的影響。
[Abstract]:In order to investigate the phenomenon of non-axisymmetric flow caused by the circumferential asymmetric structure of the volute of centrifugal compressor, The experimental and numerical simulation (S-A model) is used to study the problem. The results show that the disturbed pressure waves produced in the high static pressure region of the volute are propagated inversely upstream under off-design conditions. The non-axisymmetric flow occurred inside the compressor. The non-uniformity of volute static pressure was more obvious under large flow condition (0.40 kg / s) than in small flow condition (0.26 kg / s). The strongly disturbed pressure wave at the outlet of the impeller can be propagated to the circumferential position of about 180 擄at the inlet of the impeller. However, under the condition of large flow rate, the fluctuation degree of inlet airflow of volute with time is more obvious. The non-axisymmetric flow characteristics in the impeller have an effect on the load distribution and the fluctuating form of the blade. The surface load fluctuation of the main blade is mainly affected by the fundamental frequency under the condition of large flow rate and by the frequency doubling under the condition of the small flow rate.
