【摘要】:基于黏著摩擦理論建立局部摩擦因數與接觸面正應力和相對滑移速率之間的經驗模型.采用試驗方法來分析直角切削過程刀-屑接觸面間的局部摩擦現象.設計的實驗能夠提供與實際切削相同的相對滑移速率和正應力條件.基于實驗數據擬合并建立了基于正壓力、相對滑移速率的摩擦因數經驗模型.實驗表明,在一定范圍正應力和滑移速率下,摩擦因數隨著接觸面間的正應力、相對滑移速率的增加而降低.
[Abstract]:Based on the adhesive friction theory, an empirical model between the local friction factor and the normal stress and relative slip rate of the contact surface was established. The experimental method was used to analyze the local friction phenomenon between the cutter and chip interface in the right angle cutting process. The design of the model was carried out. The experiment can provide the same relative slip rate and normal stress condition as the actual cutting. The experimental results show that the friction coefficient decreases with the increase of the normal stress and the relative slip rate at a certain range of normal stress and slip rate.
