考慮滑移流影響的新型彈性支承微型箔片動(dòng)壓氣浮軸承的性能分析

【摘要】:針對(duì)新型彈性支承微型箔片動(dòng)壓軸承的彈性結(jié)構(gòu),提出了剛度預(yù)測(cè)模型,并搭載靜態(tài)剛度測(cè)試試驗(yàn)臺(tái),驗(yàn)證了計(jì)算模型的正確性。通過(guò)耦合彈性結(jié)構(gòu)剛度模型和考慮一階滑移流的雷諾方程,研究了在滑移流影響下的軸承的靜、動(dòng)態(tài)特性。發(fā)現(xiàn)在定轉(zhuǎn)速下,隨著載荷的增加,滑移流對(duì)于軸承的偏心率和最小氣膜厚度的影響逐漸增大;隨著轉(zhuǎn)速的增加軸承剛度逐漸增加,阻尼則逐漸減小;在滑移流影響下軸承剛度減小,阻尼增加。彈性支承結(jié)構(gòu)的厚度和單元個(gè)數(shù)對(duì)于靜動(dòng)態(tài)結(jié)果影響明顯。
[Abstract]:In view of the elastic structure of a new type of elastic support micro foil dynamic bearing, a stiffness prediction model is proposed, and a static stiffness test rig is built. The validity of the calculation model is verified. The static and dynamic characteristics of bearing under the influence of slip flow are studied by coupling the stiffness model of elastic structure and the Reynolds equation considering the first order slip flow. With the increase of load, the influence of slip flow on the eccentricity ratio and the minimum film thickness of bearing increases gradually. With the increase of rotational speed, the stiffness of bearing increases gradually, and the damping decreases gradually. Under the influence of slip flow, the bearing stiffness decreases and the damping increases, and the thickness and the number of elements of the elastic support structure have obvious influence on the static and dynamic results.
