【摘要】:閥控非對(duì)稱(chēng)缸系統(tǒng)因結(jié)構(gòu)的不對(duì)稱(chēng),正反向動(dòng)態(tài)特性差異很大。建立了包含死區(qū)的閥控非對(duì)稱(chēng)液壓缸系統(tǒng)數(shù)學(xué)模型。根據(jù)流入和流出流量的比例關(guān)系,提出了非對(duì)稱(chēng)控制策略。通過(guò)對(duì)比例閥正反兩方向設(shè)置不同的最大輸出流量、死區(qū)流量、參考輸入和放大系數(shù)以實(shí)現(xiàn)正反向速度一致。以大型擠壓機(jī)節(jié)流調(diào)速系統(tǒng)為工程實(shí)例,應(yīng)用非對(duì)稱(chēng)控制策略,實(shí)現(xiàn)了節(jié)流系統(tǒng)中水閥正反方向特性一致。試驗(yàn)結(jié)果驗(yàn)證了建模分析的正確性和非對(duì)稱(chēng)控制策略的有效性,為大載荷作用下比例控制系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)提供了基礎(chǔ)。
[Abstract]:The dynamic characteristics of the valve controlled asymmetric cylinder system are very different because of the asymmetry of the structure. The mathematical model of the valve controlled asymmetric cylinder system including dead zone is established according to the proportion of inflow and outflow flow. An asymmetrical control strategy is proposed. By setting different maximum output flow and dead zone flow in both positive and negative directions of proportional valve. Reference input and magnification coefficient to achieve positive and negative speed agreement. Taking the throttling speed control system of large extruder as an engineering example, the asymmetric control strategy is applied. The experimental results verify the correctness of the modeling analysis and the effectiveness of the asymmetric control strategy, and provide the basis for the design of the proportional control system under the action of large loads.
