【摘要】：針對可調(diào)節(jié)液壓堆料機械的機構(gòu)創(chuàng)新設(shè)計,建立了液壓堆料機械的直線推料條件,并建立了其動態(tài)分析的有限元模型,提出了基于TRIZ理論和可靠性分析的耦合設(shè)計方法,通過對某液壓堆料機械機構(gòu)的有限元分析和可靠性分析,表明其推料過程基本是近似直線推料,并基于此給出了可調(diào)節(jié)液壓堆料機械的機構(gòu)創(chuàng)新設(shè)計方案。為液壓堆料機械機構(gòu)創(chuàng)新設(shè)計提供了方法和依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:According to the creative design of mechanism can adjust the hydraulic piling machinery, a straight push hydraulic material stacking machine condition, and established the finite element dynamic analysis model, proposed the TRIZ theory and reliability analysis method based on coupling design, through the finite element analysis of mechanical mechanism of a hydraulic pile material analysis and reliability. Show that the pushing process is basically linear pusher, and based on this, given the adjustable hydraulic stacker machine innovation design. Provides methods and basis material innovative design of mechanical mechanism for hydraulic pile.
