【摘要】:進入21世紀,構(gòu)建循環(huán)經(jīng)濟、保護地球環(huán)境資源、實現(xiàn)可持續(xù)發(fā)展已經(jīng)成為世界各國共同關(guān)心的話題,再制造作為循環(huán)經(jīng)濟發(fā)展模式的一項重要技術(shù)途徑,具有重大的研究意義。本文針對目前再制造毛坯存在的不確定性,以及再制造技術(shù)發(fā)展瓶頸難以克服等問題提出了主動再制造壽命匹配的概念,并重點研究了零件層主動再制造時機的確定、具體的主動再制造壽命匹配方法、以及基于主動再制造壽命匹配的優(yōu)化設(shè)計方法等。首先,闡述了主動再制造的概念,對產(chǎn)品服役特性進行分析,驗證了主動再制造時機存在的客觀性。通過對零部件設(shè)計、服役、再制造三個階段性能變化規(guī)律進行分析,基于冗余強度構(gòu)建了冗余因子計算模型,并依據(jù)再制造冗余因子的取值范圍得到了零部件的主動再制造時機。其次,對產(chǎn)品中零部件之間的關(guān)系進行分析,構(gòu)建了具體的主動再制造壽命匹配方法;以產(chǎn)品中耐用的關(guān)鍵件為對象,基于質(zhì)量功能展開的方法選取了相對產(chǎn)品特性重要度較高的關(guān)鍵件為基準,根據(jù)與基準主動再制造時機相差大小選取相等或者倍數(shù)的匹配關(guān)系。最后,為了實現(xiàn)主動再制造時機相等或者倍數(shù)的關(guān)系,構(gòu)建了基于主動再制造壽命匹配的優(yōu)化設(shè)計方法,即以設(shè)計參數(shù)為自變量,服役特性為因變量,建立了之間的映射模型,通過將需要的特性帶入該模型中可以得到對應(yīng)的設(shè)計參數(shù),實現(xiàn)了主動再制造時機的主動調(diào)控。以6L240型號四缸柴油機連桿與曲軸為例,對以上研究進行了驗證。確定了曲軸與連桿的主動再制造時機,建立了連桿桿身厚度和小端過渡圓角半徑與疲勞壽命的映射關(guān)系,通過優(yōu)化連桿的初始設(shè)計參數(shù)實現(xiàn)了以曲軸為基準的二倍壽命匹配。
[Abstract]:In twenty-first Century, the construction of circular economy, protect the earth's environment resources, achieve sustainable development has become a common concern topic all over the world, re manufacturing as an important way of recycling economy development model, which has great significance. Aiming at the uncertainty of remanufacturing blank, and difficult to overcome the bottleneck of the development of remanufacturing technology put forward the concept of remanufacturing, active life, and focus on the parts remanufacturing time to determine the active layer, active remanufacturing life matching method in detail, and based on the main dynamic optimal design of remanufacturing method of life, and so on. Firstly, expounds the concept of active remanufacturing, the product service characteristics are analyzed. To verify the objectivity of the existence of active and manufacturing time. Through the service of parts of the design, manufacturing, and the three stage performance variation analysis, The construction of redundant strength redundancy factor based on the calculation model, the range and on the basis of remanufacturing has been active and redundant factor parts manufacturing time. Secondly, the relationship between components analysis, construct a specific active remanufacturing life matching method; to product key parts and durable as the object, method based on the quality function selects key pieces of relatively high degree of important product characteristics as the base, according to the matching relation with the reference time difference of active remanufacturing size equal to or multiples. Finally, in order to realize the relationship between active remanufacturing equal opportunity or expansion of the construction optimization design method for active remanufacturing life matching based on the design parameters as independent variables, service characteristics as the dependent variable, the mapping model was established between the characteristics through will require the model to get into The corresponding design parameters, realize the active control of active remanufacturing time. Based on 6L240 type four cylinder diesel engine connecting rod and crankshaft as an example, the above research is validated. The crankshaft and connecting rod active and manufacturing time, mapping of connecting rod small end thickness and fillet radius and fatigue life through the optimization of design parameters, the initial link to achieve matching life two times with crankshaft as the benchmark.
