【摘要】:電動(dòng)輪車(chē)輛在短距離大載重運(yùn)輸中應(yīng)用普遍,當(dāng)駕駛員指令突發(fā)大幅度變化時(shí),電機(jī)可快速響應(yīng),但輸出轉(zhuǎn)矩波動(dòng)較大,對(duì)系統(tǒng)沖擊較大,針對(duì)此進(jìn)行分析。根據(jù)電動(dòng)輪特點(diǎn),電機(jī)采用低速區(qū)轉(zhuǎn)矩輸出穩(wěn)定矢量控制,很好實(shí)現(xiàn)異步電機(jī)轉(zhuǎn)矩與磁鏈解耦,進(jìn)而控制電機(jī)輸出轉(zhuǎn)速;赟imulink電機(jī)矢量控制模型,搭建電傳動(dòng)系統(tǒng)模型,對(duì)不同工況電機(jī)響應(yīng)及轉(zhuǎn)矩波動(dòng)進(jìn)行分析。針對(duì)轉(zhuǎn)矩波動(dòng),從控制模型入手分析影響轉(zhuǎn)矩脈動(dòng)的原因及應(yīng)對(duì)方法。結(jié)果可知:設(shè)定轉(zhuǎn)速不加負(fù)載、轉(zhuǎn)速發(fā)生突變、轉(zhuǎn)速緩慢增加、定負(fù)載運(yùn)行等幾種工況下,電機(jī)調(diào)速性能良好,響應(yīng)迅速;轉(zhuǎn)速發(fā)生突變時(shí),電機(jī)對(duì)于速度響應(yīng)很好,但在指令改變瞬間,電機(jī)輸出轉(zhuǎn)矩波動(dòng)很大,且衰減很快,0.5s左右恢復(fù)正常;通過(guò)減小脈沖發(fā)生器中誤差寬度、轉(zhuǎn)子磁鏈給定值、調(diào)整轉(zhuǎn)子時(shí)間常數(shù)等可有效達(dá)到穩(wěn)定轉(zhuǎn)矩的目的;為進(jìn)一步實(shí)車(chē)測(cè)試提供參考。
[Abstract]:Electric wheeled vehicle is widely used in short distance and large load transportation. When the driver's instruction changes suddenly and greatly, the motor can respond quickly, but the output torque fluctuates greatly, and the impact on the system is great. According to the characteristics of electric wheel, the motor adopts torque output stable vector control in low speed, which can decouple the torque and flux of asynchronous motor. Then the output speed of the motor is controlled. Based on the vector control model of the Simulink motor, the electric drive system model is built to analyze the motor response and torque ripple under different working conditions. Starting with the control model, this paper analyzes the causes and countermeasures of torque ripple. The results show that: no load, sudden change of speed, slow increase of speed, constant load operation and so on. Motor speed regulation performance is good, rapid response; When the rotational speed changes, the motor responds well to the speed, but at the moment of the instruction change, the output torque of the motor fluctuates greatly, and the attenuation quickly returns to normal for about 0.5 s. By reducing the error width of the pulse generator, setting the rotor flux and adjusting the rotor time constant, the purpose of stabilizing the torque can be achieved effectively. It provides reference for further test of real vehicle.
