磁流變阻尼器對(duì)齒輪系統(tǒng)減振降噪實(shí)驗(yàn)研究

【摘要】:針對(duì)齒輪箱在運(yùn)行中振動(dòng)噪聲較大的問(wèn)題,提出一種將磁流變阻尼器用于齒輪傳動(dòng)系統(tǒng)的振動(dòng)噪聲控制的方法。搭建了齒輪減振降噪實(shí)驗(yàn)臺(tái),通過(guò)對(duì)軸承座和轉(zhuǎn)軸的振動(dòng)、以及齒輪噪聲聲壓級(jí)的監(jiān)測(cè),實(shí)驗(yàn)研究了磁流變阻尼器對(duì)齒輪系統(tǒng)的減振降噪特性。結(jié)果表明,磁流變阻尼器能有效抑制齒輪傳動(dòng)系統(tǒng)的振動(dòng)與噪聲,軸承座振動(dòng)加速度有效值及振動(dòng)烈度的幅值降幅在50%左右,轉(zhuǎn)軸軸振峰峰值降幅達(dá)55%;各頻率的噪聲聲壓級(jí)均有8 d B左右的降低。阻尼器能抑制嚙合頻率及其高次諧波、轉(zhuǎn)頻及其高次諧波等各頻率下的振動(dòng)噪聲,實(shí)現(xiàn)寬頻減振;且能有效保證齒輪傳動(dòng)系統(tǒng)在較寬的轉(zhuǎn)速范圍內(nèi)平穩(wěn)運(yùn)行。
[Abstract]:In order to solve the problem that the vibration and noise of the gearbox is very large, a method of applying Mr damper to control the vibration and noise of gear transmission system is put forward, and the experimental platform of gear vibration reduction and noise reduction is built. Based on the vibration of bearing seat and shaft, and the monitoring of noise level of gear, the characteristics of reducing vibration and noise of gear system by magnetorheological damper are studied experimentally. The magnetorheological damper can effectively suppress the vibration and noise of the gear transmission system. The amplitude of the effective value of vibration acceleration and vibration intensity of the bearing block is reduced by about 50%, and the peak value of the shaft vibration peak decreases by 55. The noise pressure level of each frequency is reduced by about 8 dB. The damper can suppress the vibration noise of meshing frequency and its high harmonic, turn frequency and its high harmonic frequency, and realize broadband vibration reduction. And can effectively ensure that the gear transmission system in a wide range of speed smooth operation.
