【摘要】:采用有限元軟件分析了42Cr Mo甩刀工況的應力、應變狀態(tài)。對42Cr Mo甩刀在4種不同熱處理工藝下的力學性能、金相組織進行了分析。根據(jù)甩刀工況的磨損類型對其滑動磨損和沖擊磨料磨損性能進行了研究。結(jié)果表明,甩刀材料要求具有良好的綜合力學性能,其應力、應變最大區(qū)域均在甩刀與銷軸安裝孔內(nèi),理論上最大應力為154MPa,最大變形為0.768 mm;經(jīng)過1100℃×30 min油淬+450℃×1 h回火+770℃×30 min油淬+200℃×1 h回火處理后,42Cr Mo的綜合力學性能最好,其硬度和沖擊韌性均約為進口甩刀材料的93%;42Cr Mo的兩體滑動磨損失量比進口甩刀材料高約10%,沖擊磨料磨損失量比進口甩刀材料高約15%?紤]到經(jīng)濟性,以上述工藝處理后的42Cr Mo能夠取代進口甩刀材料。
[Abstract]:The stress and strain state of 42CrMo blade was analyzed by finite element software. The mechanical properties of 42CrMo knife under four different heat treatment processes were analyzed. The metallographic structure was analyzed and the sliding wear and impact abrasive wear properties were studied according to the wear types of the sling cutter. The results showed that the material required for the throwing knife had good comprehensive mechanical properties and its stress. The maximum strain area is in the mounting hole of the knife and pin shaft, the maximum stress is 154 MPA and the maximum deformation is 0.768 mm. After oil quenching at 1100 鈩,
