【摘要】：根據(jù)全自動(dòng)液壓精沖機(jī)的裝模特點(diǎn),設(shè)計(jì)一種用于精沖機(jī)上鎖模板的高穩(wěn)定性氣動(dòng)與液壓相結(jié)合的鎖模裝置,液壓油缸控制T形塊的鎖緊及松開(kāi)動(dòng)作,氣缸則控制松開(kāi)狀態(tài)下T形塊的平移動(dòng)作,結(jié)合氣缸上的磁敏開(kāi)關(guān)實(shí)現(xiàn)了上鎖模板的夾緊及松開(kāi)的操作。此鎖模裝置結(jié)構(gòu)緊湊,安裝方便,且鎖模裝置之間相互獨(dú)立,易于維護(hù),生產(chǎn)制造成本相對(duì)較低,已在多臺(tái)HFB系列全自動(dòng)液壓精沖機(jī)中成功應(yīng)用。
[Abstract]:According to the characteristics of mold automatic hydraulic fine blanking machine, the design of a gas with high stability for fine blanking machine lock template combined with dynamic locking device of hydraulic, locking and unlocking the action of hydraulic cylinder control T block, cylinder control translational movement T block release under the condition of combined magnetic sensitive switch on the cylinder to achieve clamping and loosen the lock template operation. The locking device has the advantages of compact structure, convenient installation, and the locking device are mutually independent, easy maintenance, manufacturing cost is relatively low, has HFB series automatic precision hydraulic punch in successful application of machine.
