【摘要】:為了探究輥?zhàn)有螤顚ecanum輪動(dòng)力學(xué)性能的影響,提出了Mecanum輪輥?zhàn)虞喞的設(shè)計(jì)方法,建立了Mecanum輪參數(shù)化模型,采用ADAMS對Mecanum輪的運(yùn)動(dòng)過程進(jìn)行仿真分析,得到了采用所設(shè)計(jì)的輥?zhàn)有螤顣r(shí)Mecanum輪的運(yùn)動(dòng)特點(diǎn),并對比分析了不同輥?zhàn)有螤顚ecanum輪動(dòng)力學(xué)性能的影響,為后續(xù)整車運(yùn)動(dòng)控制和軌跡規(guī)劃提供原始數(shù)據(jù),對提高整車的運(yùn)動(dòng)平穩(wěn)性具有一定的指導(dǎo)意義。
[Abstract]:In order to investigate the influence of roller shape on the dynamic performance of Mecanum wheel, the design method of Mecanum roller profile is proposed, and the parametric model of Mecanum wheel is established. The motion process of Mecanum wheel is simulated and analyzed by ADAMS, and the motion characteristics of Mecanum wheel with designed roller shape are obtained. The effects of different roller shapes on the dynamic performance of Mecanum wheel are compared and analyzed to provide the original data for the subsequent vehicle motion control and trajectory planning. It has certain guiding significance to improve the motion smoothness of the whole vehicle.
