【摘要】:針對變密度法結(jié)構(gòu)拓撲優(yōu)化中灰度單元的控制問題,提出了一種密度體積插值方法。該方法構(gòu)造的剛度與相對密度之間的線性關系保證了迭代中單元剛度變化的穩(wěn)定性;構(gòu)造體積與相對密度之間的懲罰關系以實現(xiàn)懲罰中間密度,同時更有利于在中間密度向兩端逼近的同時降低灰度單元的數(shù)量。應用該插值方法對位移約束體積最小化問題進行求解,所得結(jié)果顯示,增大懲罰程度,優(yōu)化過程浮動較小,算法相對穩(wěn)定。與應用SIMP方法和RAMP方法的優(yōu)化結(jié)果相比較可知,在求解同一結(jié)構(gòu)拓撲優(yōu)化問題時,采用該方法且增大懲罰程度后的優(yōu)化結(jié)果中灰度單元減少明顯。
[Abstract]:The control problem of gray element in topology optimization of variable density method is discussed. A density volume interpolation method is proposed, in which the linear relation between stiffness and relative density ensures the stability of element stiffness in iteration. The penalty relation between volume and relative density is constructed to realize the penalty intermediate density. At the same time, it is more favorable to reduce the number of gray elements while the intermediate density is approaching both ends. The proposed interpolation method is used to solve the displacement constrained volume minimization problem. The results show that the penalty degree is increased. Compared with the optimization results of SIMP method and RAMP method, when solving the same structural topology optimization problem, the optimization process is small and the algorithm is relatively stable. By using this method and increasing the penalty degree, the gray units of the optimization results are obviously reduced.
