【摘要】:為了評(píng)估滾動(dòng)軸承的可靠性和預(yù)測剩余使用壽命,選取能夠反映性能退化過程的特征參數(shù)作為壽命預(yù)測模型的輸入?yún)?shù),提出一種基于核主元分析(kernel principal component analysis,簡稱KPCA)和威布爾比例故障率模型(Weibull proportional hazards model,簡稱WPHM)的方法。首先,提取滾動(dòng)軸承全壽命周期的時(shí)域、頻域及時(shí)頻域等多特征參數(shù),從中篩選出有效的特征參數(shù),構(gòu)建高維相對(duì)特征集;其次,進(jìn)行核主元分析,選取能夠反映軸承全壽命周期性能退化過程的核主元,進(jìn)而作為WPHM的協(xié)變量來進(jìn)行可靠性評(píng)估和剩余壽命預(yù)測。通過滾動(dòng)軸承全壽命試驗(yàn),驗(yàn)證了該方法能夠?qū)S承進(jìn)行準(zhǔn)確的可靠性評(píng)估和剩余壽命預(yù)測,以提供及時(shí)的維修決策。同時(shí),由于提取的是相對(duì)特征,降低了同種軸承間在制造、安裝及工況的差異,增強(qiáng)了該方法的適用性和穩(wěn)定性。
[Abstract]:In order to evaluate the reliability and prediction of rolling bearing residual service life, selection of characteristic parameters can reflect the performance degradation process of life prediction as input parameters of the model, put forward a kind of based on kernel principal component analysis (kernel principal component analysis, referred to as KPCA) and Weibull proportional hazards model (Weibull proportional hazards model, referred to as WPHM) method. First, multi feature extraction of rolling bearing life cycle time-domain and frequency domain, selected the effective feature parameters in construction of high dimensional relative feature set; secondly, to select the kernel principal component analysis, kernel principal component can reflect the degradation process of bearing life cycle performance, and as a covariate WPHM to evaluate the reliability and residual life prediction. Through the life cycle test of rolling bearing, it is verified that the method can accurately evaluate the bearing and predict the remaining life, so as to provide timely maintenance decisions. At the same time, due to the relative characteristics, the difference between the manufacturing, installation and working conditions of the same kind of bearing is reduced, and the applicability and stability of the method are enhanced.
