【摘要】：通過(guò)Malmquist指數(shù)模型對(duì)開(kāi)放條件下我國(guó)區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展效率進(jìn)行實(shí)證研究,結(jié)果表明:近年來(lái),我國(guó)西部經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展效率高于東中部,但還處于脆弱階段,受外部經(jīng)濟(jì)干擾程度顯著,且受技術(shù)進(jìn)步"時(shí)滯性"影響導(dǎo)致整體區(qū)域管理效率與技術(shù)進(jìn)步在同時(shí)間內(nèi)發(fā)展不平衡,技術(shù)進(jìn)步已成為限制我國(guó)區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展效率改善的主要瓶頸。據(jù)此,提出相應(yīng)的解決措施,即實(shí)現(xiàn)政府管理、企業(yè)自主管理平衡發(fā)展;實(shí)現(xiàn)科技對(duì)外引進(jìn)、科技自主創(chuàng)新平衡發(fā)展;加強(qiáng)區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)抗風(fēng)險(xiǎn)能力。
[Abstract]:Through the Malmquist index model, this paper makes an empirical study on the efficiency of regional economic development in China under the condition of openness. The results show that in recent years, the efficiency of economic development in western China is higher than that in the central and eastern parts of China, but it is still in a fragile stage, the degree of external economic interference is significant, and the overall regional management efficiency and technological progress are unbalanced at the same time due to the "lag" of technological progress. Technological progress has become the main bottleneck restricting the improvement of regional economic development efficiency in China. On this basis, the corresponding measures are put forward, that is, to realize the balanced development of government management and independent management of enterprises; to realize the introduction of science and technology to foreign countries, to achieve the balanced development of independent innovation of science and technology; and to strengthen the ability of regional economy to resist risks.
