【摘要】：改革開(kāi)放以來(lái),在黨的相關(guān)政策指導(dǎo)下,武陵區(qū)經(jīng)濟(jì)呈現(xiàn)出了飛速的發(fā)展。在“十二五”期間,武陵區(qū)認(rèn)真貫徹區(qū)委區(qū)政府相關(guān)政策,堅(jiān)持經(jīng)濟(jì)建設(shè)的主導(dǎo)地位,加快改革開(kāi)放步伐,積極進(jìn)行經(jīng)濟(jì)結(jié)構(gòu)調(diào)整、產(chǎn)業(yè)優(yōu)化、發(fā)展新型產(chǎn)業(yè)和現(xiàn)代工業(yè),經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展逐漸步入正軌并取得了一定的成績(jī)。可是,武陵區(qū)位于我省西部地區(qū),由于歷史、自然和現(xiàn)實(shí)原因,其經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展環(huán)境還不夠優(yōu)越,主要表現(xiàn)在傳統(tǒng)產(chǎn)業(yè)所占比重過(guò)大、經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展優(yōu)勢(shì)不突出、主導(dǎo)產(chǎn)業(yè)缺乏等等,這些因素將直接影響武陵區(qū)區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)和社會(huì)的健康發(fā)展。關(guān)注重點(diǎn),制定可行性政策解決武陵區(qū)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展中的矛盾和問(wèn)題,提出適合武陵區(qū)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略,促進(jìn)區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)快速發(fā)展,從而提高武陵區(qū)整體經(jīng)濟(jì)實(shí)力和競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力,具有重要的政治和現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。 本文以武陵區(qū)為研究對(duì)象,對(duì)其經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展?fàn)顩r進(jìn)行了相關(guān)研究。第一章為導(dǎo)論,主要介紹了論文的研究背景、目的和意義,國(guó)內(nèi)外關(guān)于區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)的研究現(xiàn)狀,同時(shí)還介紹了武陵區(qū)區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的研究思路、方法和存在的創(chuàng)新點(diǎn)；第二章為理論基礎(chǔ)。從區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)理論出發(fā),闡述了區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)和區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展模式的基本概念,探討了區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的理論基礎(chǔ),比較優(yōu)勢(shì)理論、梯度轉(zhuǎn)移理論、輻射理論和增長(zhǎng)極理論；第三章為武陵區(qū)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展環(huán)境分析。從武陵區(qū)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的區(qū)域條件、產(chǎn)業(yè)基礎(chǔ)和政策優(yōu)勢(shì)等方面介紹了武陵區(qū)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的狀態(tài)；第四章為武陵區(qū)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀分析。分析了武陵區(qū)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的現(xiàn)狀、存在的問(wèn)題及原因；第五章為區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展經(jīng)驗(yàn)借鑒與啟示�？偨Y(jié)了我國(guó)中等城市和發(fā)達(dá)國(guó)家區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展模式,并提出了對(duì)我國(guó)的經(jīng)驗(yàn)啟示；第六章為促進(jìn)武陵區(qū)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的思路和政策建議。經(jīng)過(guò)分析武陵區(qū)區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展中存在的問(wèn)題,提出武陵區(qū)今后經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的基本思路和主要方向。
[Abstract]:Since the reform and opening up, under the guidance of the relevant policies of the Party, the economy of Wuling District has shown rapid development. During the 12th five-year Plan period, Wuling District conscientiously implemented the relevant policies of the district party committee and district government, adhered to the dominant position of economic construction, accelerated the pace of reform and opening up, actively carried out economic structural adjustment, industrial optimization, the development of new industries and modern industries, and economic development has gradually entered the right track and made certain achievements. However, Wuling District is located in the western part of our province. Due to historical, natural and practical reasons, its economic development environment is not superior enough, mainly manifested in the proportion of traditional industries is too large, the advantages of economic development is not prominent, the lack of leading industries and so on, these factors will directly affect the healthy development of regional economy and society in Wuling District. It is of great political and practical significance to pay attention to the key points, formulate feasible policies to solve the contradictions and problems in the economic development of Wuling District, put forward the regional economic development strategy suitable for the economic development of Wuling District, and promote the rapid development of regional economy, so as to improve the overall economic strength and competitiveness of Wuling District. This paper takes Wuling District as the research object, and makes a related study on its economic development. The first chapter is the introduction, which mainly introduces the research background, purpose and significance of the paper, the research status of regional economy at home and abroad, and also introduces the research ideas, methods and existing innovations of regional economic development in Wuling District. The second chapter is the theoretical basis. Based on the theory of regional economy, this paper expounds the basic concepts of regional economy and regional economic development model, and probes into the theoretical basis of regional economic development, the theory of comparative advantage, the theory of gradient transfer, the theory of radiation and the theory of growth pole. The third chapter is the analysis of the environment of economic development in Wuling District. This paper introduces the state of economic development in Wuling District from the aspects of regional conditions, industrial basis and policy advantages of economic development in Wuling District, and the fourth chapter analyzes the present situation of economic development in Wuling District. This paper analyzes the present situation, existing problems and causes of economic development in Wuling District, and the fifth chapter is the reference and enlightenment of regional economic development experience. This paper summarizes the regional economic development model of medium-sized cities and developed countries in China, and puts forward the experience and enlightenment to our country. The sixth chapter is the train of thought and policy suggestions to promote the economic development of Wuling District. Based on the analysis of the problems existing in the regional economic development of Wuling District, this paper puts forward the basic ideas and main directions of the economic development of Wuling District in the future.
