【摘要】：在歸納和總結(jié)了大量前人的文獻(xiàn)、著作后，首先介紹了國(guó)內(nèi)外關(guān)于這一問題的研究，并且對(duì)這些問題的研究成果進(jìn)行了評(píng)述。理論上詳細(xì)論述了區(qū)域物流能力與區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展兩者之間的互動(dòng)機(jī)制，以及如何提高區(qū)域物流能力的問題。主要對(duì)區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)、區(qū)域產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)以及區(qū)域空間結(jié)構(gòu)于區(qū)域物流能力之間的關(guān)聯(lián)作了詳細(xì)的理論闡述，提出了它們之間普遍存在著的一種關(guān)聯(lián)。 運(yùn)用統(tǒng)計(jì)性描述的方法，對(duì)重慶地區(qū)的區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)狀況做了一個(gè)總結(jié)，對(duì)重慶地區(qū)的發(fā)展成就和存在不足都做了一個(gè)概括性的總結(jié)�？偨Y(jié)性地提出了重慶地區(qū)區(qū)域物流能力的基本發(fā)展階段，主要分為多核擴(kuò)散發(fā)展階段、組團(tuán)模式發(fā)展階段、保稅中心發(fā)展階段。同時(shí)結(jié)合理論，對(duì)重慶地區(qū)區(qū)域物流能力與區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的關(guān)聯(lián)機(jī)制做出了定性的概論，指出了其中目前已經(jīng)取得的成績(jī)，以及值得肯定的方面，提出了存在著的制約兩者之間充分互動(dòng)的一些不足。 分別對(duì)區(qū)域物流能力和區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展兩者之間建立了指標(biāo)體系，通過一個(gè)系統(tǒng)模型的辦法，對(duì)兩個(gè)指標(biāo)體系之間各個(gè)指標(biāo)之間的相互影響關(guān)系做了一個(gè)直觀的表述。并且運(yùn)用典型相關(guān)分析的辦法，選取重慶地區(qū)直轄以來至今的數(shù)據(jù)，對(duì)重慶地區(qū)區(qū)域物流能力與區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)的關(guān)聯(lián)機(jī)制作出了定量的模型分析，模型顯示，重慶地區(qū)工業(yè)GDP對(duì)于區(qū)域物流能力有著強(qiáng)大的需求引致作用，社會(huì)消費(fèi)品零售總額也有著強(qiáng)大的推動(dòng)作用，貨運(yùn)量和貨運(yùn)周轉(zhuǎn)量對(duì)區(qū)域物流能力起到主要的支撐作用，而物流基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施投資對(duì)于區(qū)域物流能力的提升作用是長(zhǎng)久的，對(duì)區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)的推動(dòng)也是需要一段時(shí)間的，非短時(shí)間一蹴而就的。 針對(duì)實(shí)證模型的結(jié)論，提出了幾點(diǎn)發(fā)展對(duì)策，，主要是應(yīng)該在產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)的調(diào)整過程中，注重在一定時(shí)期內(nèi)堅(jiān)持工業(yè)經(jīng)濟(jì)的主導(dǎo)地位，物流園區(qū)與物流中心應(yīng)該重視專業(yè)化發(fā)展，各個(gè)園區(qū)和中心之間應(yīng)該做到明確的分工，以及對(duì)于在重慶地區(qū)內(nèi)部物流基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施的投資，在長(zhǎng)期應(yīng)該考慮主城區(qū)與區(qū)縣之間的平衡，多向區(qū)縣地區(qū)傾斜。對(duì)于物流企業(yè)應(yīng)該鼓勵(lì)內(nèi)地企業(yè)發(fā)展的同時(shí)，大力引進(jìn)外部有實(shí)力的第三方物流企業(yè)，引進(jìn)先進(jìn)的管理理念和物流技術(shù)。
[Abstract]:After summing up and summing up a large number of previous literatures, this paper first introduces the research on this issue at home and abroad, and comments on the research results of these issues. In theory, the interaction mechanism between regional logistics capacity and regional economic development is discussed in detail, and how to improve regional logistics capacity is also discussed. This paper mainly expounds in detail the relationship between regional economic growth, regional industrial structure and regional spatial structure to regional logistics capacity, and puts forward a universal relationship between them. By using the method of statistical description, this paper makes a summary of the regional economic situation in Chongqing, and makes a general summary of the development achievements and shortcomings of Chongqing. In conclusion, the basic development stage of regional logistics capability in Chongqing is put forward, which is mainly divided into multi-nuclear diffusion development stage, group mode development stage and bonded center development stage. At the same time, combined with the theory, this paper makes a qualitative introduction to the relationship mechanism between regional logistics capacity and regional economic development in Chongqing, points out the achievements made at present, as well as the aspects worthy of affirmation, and puts forward some shortcomings that restrict the full interaction between the two. The index system between regional logistics capacity and regional economic development is established respectively. through the method of a system model, the interaction between each index between the two index systems is expressed intuitively. By using the method of canonical correlation analysis, this paper makes a quantitative model analysis on the relationship mechanism between regional logistics capacity and regional economy in Chongqing, and selects the data from Chongqing since then. The model shows that industrial GDP in Chongqing has a strong demand-causing effect on regional logistics capacity, and the total retail volume of social consumer goods also has a strong role in promoting the regional logistics capacity. Freight volume and freight turnover play a major supporting role in regional logistics capacity, and logistics infrastructure investment plays a long-term role in improving regional logistics capacity, and it takes a period of time to promote regional economy, which is not achieved overnight in a short period of time. In view of the conclusion of the empirical model, this paper puts forward some countermeasures for the development, mainly in the process of adjusting the industrial structure, paying attention to insisting on the dominant position of the industrial economy in a certain period of time, paying attention to the specialized development of the logistics park and the logistics center, and achieving a clear division of labor between each park and the center, as well as the investment in the internal logistics infrastructure in Chongqing. In the long run, we should consider the balance between the main urban area and the district and county, and tilt to the district and county area. For logistics enterprises, we should encourage the development of mainland enterprises, at the same time, we should vigorously introduce external and powerful third-party logistics enterprises, and introduce advanced management concepts and logistics technology.
