【摘要】：由于深層次結(jié)構(gòu)問題的進(jìn)一步惡化、微刺激效果的嚴(yán)重遞減以及宏觀經(jīng)濟(jì)政策的重新定位等因素的作用下,2014年中國宏觀經(jīng)濟(jì)將呈現(xiàn)"前低、中穩(wěn)、后緩"的宏觀季度調(diào)整模式,經(jīng)濟(jì)增速可能勉強(qiáng)達(dá)標(biāo)。2014年系列宏觀參數(shù)持續(xù)超預(yù)期的波動以及可能存在的變異標(biāo)志著中國"新常態(tài)"進(jìn)入到新的階段。2014年第4季度和2015年1季度中國宏觀經(jīng)濟(jì)下行壓力將進(jìn)一步上揚(yáng),并將步入結(jié)構(gòu)調(diào)整的艱難期。中國宏觀經(jīng)濟(jì)政策需要在把握結(jié)構(gòu)調(diào)整和全面改革的主旋律的基礎(chǔ)上,加大宏觀經(jīng)濟(jì)政策微調(diào)預(yù)調(diào)的力度,以強(qiáng)化底線管理,增強(qiáng)宏觀經(jīng)濟(jì)的可控性。
[Abstract]:Due to the further deterioration of the deep-seated structural problems, the serious decline in the effect of micro-stimulus and the repositioning of macroeconomic policies, China's macro-economy will show "pre-low and moderate stability in 2014." After the "slow" macro quarterly adjustment model, Economic growth is likely to barely meet the target. The continued above-expected fluctuations in the series of macroeconomic parameters in 2014 and the possible variation mark the entry of China's "new normal" into a new phase. China's macro in the fourth quarter of 2014 and the first quarter of 2015 Downward pressure on the economy will rise further. And will enter a difficult period of structural adjustment. On the basis of grasping the main theme of structural adjustment and comprehensive reform, China's macroeconomic policy needs to strengthen the fine-tuning and pre-adjustment of macroeconomic policy in order to strengthen the bottom line management and enhance the controllability of macroeconomic.
