【摘要】：本文研究發(fā)現(xiàn):產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)升級(jí)降低了農(nóng)村就業(yè)增長率,但提高了農(nóng)民的工資增長率,提高了城市初級(jí)勞動(dòng)力的工資增長率,但對(duì)農(nóng)民工就業(yè)增長率存在倒U型影響,對(duì)城市高級(jí)勞動(dòng)力就業(yè)存在U型影響;產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)升級(jí)通過人力資本增長放大了城市高級(jí)勞動(dòng)力的工資增長率,但卻削弱了初級(jí)勞動(dòng)力對(duì)高級(jí)勞動(dòng)力工資增長的驅(qū)動(dòng)作用。人力資本增長會(huì)放大城市部門內(nèi)部的工資差距而產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)升級(jí)卻對(duì)此有一定的抑制作用,初級(jí)勞動(dòng)力工資的城鄉(xiāng)差距在產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)升級(jí)中會(huì)逐步消失,人力資本增長會(huì)放大城市高級(jí)勞動(dòng)力與農(nóng)村初級(jí)勞動(dòng)力工資差距而產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)升級(jí)卻對(duì)此有一定的抑制作用。隨著產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)升級(jí),農(nóng)村部門的萎縮將使增長變小,初級(jí)勞動(dòng)力驅(qū)動(dòng)的增長將變小,但人力資本驅(qū)動(dòng)的增長將變大。為緩和中國日益擴(kuò)大的不平等與逐漸下滑的增長趨勢,產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)升級(jí)、人力資本投資和均等化以及戶籍改革需要同時(shí)齊頭并進(jìn)。
[Abstract]:This paper finds that the upgrading of industrial structure reduces the growth rate of rural employment, but increases the wage growth rate of farmers and the wage growth rate of urban primary labor force, but has an inverted U-shaped impact on the employment growth rate of migrant workers. There is a U-shaped influence on the employment of urban advanced labor force. The upgrading of industrial structure magnifies the wage growth rate of urban advanced labor force through the growth of human capital, but weakens the driving effect of primary labor force on the wage growth of senior labor force. The growth of human capital will magnify the wage gap within the urban sector, but the upgrading of the industrial structure will inhibit it to a certain extent. The wage gap between urban and rural areas of the primary labor force will gradually disappear in the upgrading of the industrial structure. The growth of human capital will enlarge the wage gap between urban senior labor force and rural primary labor force, but the upgrading of industrial structure can inhibit it to a certain extent. With the upgrading of the industrial structure, the contraction of the rural sector will make the growth smaller, the growth driven by the primary labor force will become smaller, but the growth driven by human capital will become larger. In order to ease the growing inequality and declining growth trend in China, the upgrading of industrial structure, human capital investment and Equalization, and household registration reform need to go hand in hand at the same time.
