【摘要】：自從上世紀(jì)80年代初改革開(kāi)放30多年以來(lái),上海成為許多國(guó)際跨國(guó)公司的投資的首選之地。到本世紀(jì)初,為適應(yīng)全球經(jīng)營(yíng)環(huán)境的變化,特別是面對(duì)經(jīng)濟(jì)自由化、技術(shù)變革和競(jìng)爭(zhēng)加劇帶來(lái)的機(jī)遇和挑戰(zhàn),跨國(guó)公司研發(fā)和生產(chǎn)的全球化趨勢(shì)顯著增強(qiáng),跨國(guó)公司作為全球經(jīng)濟(jì)主體重要組成部分,已經(jīng)成為推動(dòng)世界增長(zhǎng)和經(jīng)濟(jì)全球化不可或缺的因素之一,全球一體化生產(chǎn)和研發(fā)體系的脈絡(luò)也日漸清晰。中國(guó)加入WTO后,隨著對(duì)外開(kāi)放程度的不斷加快加深,跨國(guó)公司對(duì)上海地區(qū)的投資也進(jìn)入了新的階段,但隨著在2008年國(guó)際金融危機(jī)爆發(fā)后,加上整個(gè)中國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)正處于結(jié)構(gòu)調(diào)整產(chǎn)業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)型的階段,其在上海的投資動(dòng)機(jī)、策略和方式發(fā)生了一些新的變化,與先前的模式有了重大的轉(zhuǎn)變,也給上海地區(qū)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展帶來(lái)的新的挑戰(zhàn)。 本文首先通過(guò)對(duì)跨國(guó)公司對(duì)上海地區(qū)投資的歷史階段、現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行描述,對(duì)跨國(guó)公司的其投資的特點(diǎn)、模式以及變化進(jìn)行分析研究,其次是研究跨國(guó)公司對(duì)上海投資相關(guān)產(chǎn)業(yè)對(duì)上海GDP的貢獻(xiàn)、與上海對(duì)外貿(mào)易的相關(guān)性,并對(duì)影響跨國(guó)公司對(duì)上海第二、第三產(chǎn)業(yè)投資的因素進(jìn)行回歸分析,從而把握跨國(guó)公司未來(lái)對(duì)上海地區(qū)的投資趨勢(shì),最后是對(duì)其對(duì)上海整個(gè)地區(qū)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的帶來(lái)的影響,并進(jìn)行相關(guān)應(yīng)對(duì)策略的分析和提出解決問(wèn)題方法。 本文分析主要以改革開(kāi)放30年來(lái),隨著上海地區(qū)經(jīng)濟(jì)產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)轉(zhuǎn)型過(guò)程中,跨國(guó)公司在上海地區(qū)產(chǎn)業(yè)投資模式和戰(zhàn)略調(diào)整轉(zhuǎn)變情況為背景,并結(jié)合相關(guān)一些理論、實(shí)證。
[Abstract]:Since the reform and opening up in the early 1980 s, Shanghai has become the first choice for the investment of many international transnational corporations. By the beginning of this century, in order to adapt to the changes in the global business environment, in particular in the face of opportunities and challenges brought about by economic liberalization, technological change and increased competition, the globalization trend of R & D and production of transnational corporations has increased significantly, As an important part of the global economy, transnational corporations have become one of the indispensable factors to promote world growth and economic globalization, and the context of the global integrated production and R & D system has become increasingly clear. After China's entry into WTO, with the continuous acceleration and deepening of opening to the outside world, multinational corporations' investment in Shanghai has also entered a new stage, but with the outbreak of the international financial crisis in 2008, In addition, the whole Chinese economy is in the stage of industrial transformation of structural adjustment, and some new changes have taken place in its investment motivation, strategy and mode in Shanghai, which has undergone significant changes with the previous model. It also brings new challenges to the economic development of Shanghai. First of all, this paper describes the historical stage and present situation of multinational corporations' investment in Shanghai, and analyzes and studies the characteristics, patterns and changes of transnational corporations' investment. The second is to study the contribution of multinational corporations to Shanghai's investment-related industries to Shanghai GDP, the correlation with Shanghai's foreign trade, and the regression analysis of the factors that affect multinational corporations' investment in Shanghai's secondary and tertiary industries. In order to grasp the future investment trend of multinational corporations in Shanghai, and finally, the impact of multinational corporations on the economic development of the whole region of Shanghai is analyzed, and the relevant countermeasures are analyzed and the solutions to the problems are put forward. This paper analyzes the industrial investment model and strategic adjustment of multinational corporations in Shanghai in the past 30 years of reform and opening up, and combined with some relevant theories, empirical evidence is taken as the background of the transformation of multinational corporations' industrial investment model and strategy in the process of economic and industrial structure transformation in Shanghai.
