【摘要】：區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展差異,普遍存在于各國的經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展中。中國是最大的發(fā)展中國家,這樣一個人口眾多、經(jīng)濟(jì)基礎(chǔ)薄弱的大國,其面臨的經(jīng)濟(jì)增長、區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展差異問題也尤為迫切。以往學(xué)者們多數(shù)都致力于研究我國傳統(tǒng)東部、中部和西部三大地帶之間或是各個省際之間,而對省域內(nèi)部區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)的差異研究很少。本文在區(qū)域均衡與非均衡發(fā)展理論的指導(dǎo)下,從實證分析的角度出發(fā),運用因子分析法中的主成分分析法,以西南地區(qū)較大省份之一的四川省為研究對象,以四川21個市州為研究的區(qū)域單元,以2008年-2010年為研究的時間序列,對四川省域內(nèi)部區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展差異進(jìn)行動態(tài)分析。 全文包括七部分內(nèi)容：第一部分,緒論,概括了研究的背景、目的和意義,在國內(nèi)外已有研究成果基礎(chǔ)上,提出整篇文章的研究思路、方法和創(chuàng)新性；第二部分,總結(jié)區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展差異的理論基礎(chǔ)以及對本文的指導(dǎo)意義；第三部分,介紹四川省區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展差異性的指標(biāo)體系與評價方法；第四部分,四川省區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)差異的實證分析；第五部分,基于以上研究結(jié)果論述四川省區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)差異的影響因素：第六部分,提出促進(jìn)四川省域內(nèi)部區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展的建議；第七部分,結(jié)論與展望。 研究發(fā)現(xiàn),四川省區(qū)域發(fā)展水平不平衡,地區(qū)差異性顯著。以成都為中心的成都經(jīng)濟(jì)區(qū)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展實力最強(qiáng),水平最高,經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展水平從高到底依次為川南經(jīng)濟(jì)區(qū)、川東北經(jīng)濟(jì)區(qū)、攀西和川西北經(jīng)濟(jì)區(qū)�；谏鲜鲅芯砍晒�,本文從自然環(huán)境因素、區(qū)位因素、歷史因素、政策因素、人力資本因素及投資因等6個方面深入分析了四川省區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)差異產(chǎn)生的原因。提出縮小四川省區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)差異、促進(jìn)省內(nèi)區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展的政策措施。 本文結(jié)合了四川省經(jīng)濟(jì)社會發(fā)展的實際情況,對四川省21個市州經(jīng)濟(jì)社發(fā)展差異進(jìn)行實證研究。本文在研究方法、研究內(nèi)容、時間序列上有一定的創(chuàng)新性。但在研究的指標(biāo)選擇、數(shù)據(jù)的連續(xù)性上還存在一定不足。
[Abstract]:Regional economic development differences, generally exist in the economic development of countries. China is the largest developing country, such a big country with a large population and weak economic base, its economic growth, regional economic development differences are particularly urgent. In the past, most of the scholars devoted themselves to the study of the traditional eastern, central and western parts of China, or between the provinces, but there is little research on the regional economic differences within the province. Under the guidance of the theory of regional equilibrium and unbalanced development, from the point of view of empirical analysis, this paper uses the principal component analysis in factor analysis to take Sichuan Province, one of the larger provinces in southwest China, as the research object. Taking 21 cities and prefectures of Sichuan province as the regional units and the time series from 2008 to 2010 as the research time series, this paper makes a dynamic analysis of the regional economic development differences within the Sichuan region. The full text includes seven parts: the first part, the introduction, summarizes the background, purpose and significance of the study, on the basis of the existing research results at home and abroad, puts forward the research ideas, methods and innovation of the whole article; The second part summarizes the theoretical basis of regional economic development differences and the guiding significance of this paper; the third part introduces the index system and evaluation methods of regional economic development differences in Sichuan Province; The fourth part, the empirical analysis of regional economic differences in Sichuan Province; the fifth part, based on the above research results, discusses the influencing factors of regional economic differences in Sichuan Province: the sixth part, puts forward some suggestions to promote the coordinated development of regional economy within Sichuan Province; The seventh part, conclusion and prospect. It is found that the regional development level of Sichuan Province is unbalanced and the regional difference is significant. Chengdu economic zone with Chengdu as the center has the strongest economic development strength and the highest level. From the high to the end, the economic development level is south Sichuan economic zone, northeast Sichuan economic zone, Panxi and northwest Sichuan economic zone. Based on the above research results, this paper analyzes the causes of regional economic differences in Sichuan Province from six aspects: natural environment factors, location factors, historical factors, policy factors, human capital factors and investment factors. This paper puts forward the policy measures to reduce the regional economic difference and promote the coordinated development of regional economy in Sichuan province. Based on the actual situation of economic and social development in Sichuan Province, this paper makes an empirical study on the development differences of 21 cities and states in Sichuan Province. In this paper, there are some innovations in the research methods, research contents and time series. However, in the selection of indicators, there are still some deficiencies in the continuity of the data.
