【摘要】：產業(yè)集聚是經濟活動空間分布的一般規(guī)律，具有廣泛的經濟影響。其中高技術產業(yè)集聚有著與傳統(tǒng)的產業(yè)集聚不同的特點，，這些特點導致了影響高技術產業(yè)集聚的因素與傳統(tǒng)的理論分析之間存在差異。在中國高技術產業(yè)也存在著空間集聚的現(xiàn)象，北京市是高技術產業(yè)集聚程度較高的地區(qū)之一，研究北京市高技術產業(yè)集聚的影響因素可以為促進產業(yè)的集聚發(fā)展提供理論指導。 本文在現(xiàn)有經濟理論的基礎上，通過分析高技術產業(yè)集聚的特點和北京市高技術產業(yè)的發(fā)展規(guī)律，總結出了影響北京市高技術產業(yè)發(fā)展的因素，并利用數(shù)學模型和計量經濟學軟件，對這些影響因素進行分析，建立了經濟學模型。本文利用此模型對北京市近十年高技術產業(yè)相關數(shù)據(jù)的進行實證研究，總結出了影響北京市高技術產業(yè)集聚的五個因素，并量化了各因素對高技術產業(yè)集聚的影響程度。此外，通過對幾個國外成熟高技術產業(yè)集聚區(qū)的分析，本文總結出了同樣適用于北京市高技術產業(yè)的影響因素，對實證研究起到了證明和補充的作用。最后，本文根據(jù)分析結果，提出了幾條有助于促進北京市高技術產業(yè)集聚發(fā)展的政策建議。 在研究中，本文使用了理論與實證相結合的方法，將經濟學理論與現(xiàn)實數(shù)據(jù)同時研究，能更好地貼近現(xiàn)實，讓理論成為現(xiàn)實的指導。此外，本文在進行實證研究時，利用了計量經濟學原理，使用了計量經濟學軟件。
[Abstract]:Industrial agglomeration is the general law of spatial distribution of economic activities, which has a wide range of economic influence. Among them, the high-tech industrial agglomeration has different characteristics from the traditional industrial agglomeration, which leads to the difference between the factors that affect the high-tech industrial agglomeration and the traditional theoretical analysis. The phenomenon of spatial agglomeration also exists in high-tech industry in China. Beijing is one of the regions with high degree of high-tech industry agglomeration. Studying the influencing factors of high-tech industry agglomeration in Beijing can provide theoretical guidance for promoting the development of high-tech industry agglomeration. On the basis of the existing economic theory, this paper summarizes the factors that affect the development of high-tech industry in Beijing by analyzing the characteristics of high-tech industry agglomeration and the development law of Beijing's high-tech industry. These influencing factors are analyzed by using mathematical model and econometric software, and the economic model is established. This paper uses this model to carry on the empirical research to the Beijing high-tech industry related data in the last ten years, summarizes the five factors that influence the high-tech industry cluster in Beijing, and quantifies the influence degree of each factor on the high-tech industry cluster. In addition, through the analysis of several foreign mature high-tech industry concentration areas, this paper summarizes the factors which are also suitable for Beijing high-tech industry, which plays a role of proof and supplement to the empirical research. Finally, according to the analysis results, this paper puts forward several policy suggestions to promote the development of high-tech industrial agglomeration in Beijing. In the research, this paper uses the method of combining theory and demonstration, and studies the economic theory and practical data at the same time, which can be better close to the reality and make the theory become the guidance of reality. In addition, this paper makes use of econometrics principle and econometrics software when carrying out empirical research.
