【摘要】：產業(yè)結構的優(yōu)化調整是促進經濟增長的重要因素。研究京津冀產業(yè)發(fā)展對于河北省“十二五”時期產業(yè)結構調整和優(yōu)化、推動經濟可持續(xù)發(fā)展具有重要的理論和現(xiàn)實意義。 本文在參考國內外有關文獻基礎上，首先根據(jù)2010年京津冀42部門投入產出表和2011年京津冀國民經濟和社會發(fā)展統(tǒng)計公報，對京津冀三次產業(yè)的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀和數(shù)據(jù)比較分析。其次，針對京津冀產業(yè)結構的不同特點，，通過對京津冀增加值、投入產出情況以及產業(yè)發(fā)展的消耗系數(shù)、關聯(lián)系數(shù)對比，分析了京津冀三次產業(yè)發(fā)展的異同，得出河北省當前的支柱產業(yè)仍是第二產業(yè)，且第三產業(yè)發(fā)展迅速，但主導產業(yè)的產業(yè)關聯(lián)度相對較低、推動作用較小，高新技術業(yè)和服務業(yè)發(fā)展相對落后的結論。通過綜合分析，得出“十二五”期間河北省產業(yè)結構優(yōu)化調整的建議：應加大資本投入、特別是加大農業(yè)投資，穩(wěn)固其基礎地位；科學發(fā)展第二產業(yè)，提升第二產業(yè)的技術水平；大力發(fā)展第三產業(yè)，進一步優(yōu)化整體產業(yè)結構。
[Abstract]:The optimization and adjustment of industrial structure is an important factor to promote economic growth. The research on the industrial development of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei province is of great theoretical and practical significance for the adjustment and optimization of industrial structure in Hebei Province during the 12th five-year Plan period and the promotion of sustainable economic development. According to the input-output table of 42 departments of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei in 2010 and the statistical bulletin of national economic and social development of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei in 2011, this paper makes a comparative analysis of the development status and data of the three industries in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei on the basis of reference to relevant domestic and foreign documents. Secondly, according to the different characteristics of the industrial structure of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region, this paper analyzes the similarities and differences in the development of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei industry by comparing the value added, input-output, consumption coefficient and correlation coefficient of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei industry, and analyzes the similarities and differences in the development of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei industry. It is concluded that the pillar industry in Hebei Province is still the second industry, and the tertiary industry is developing rapidly, but the industrial correlation of the leading industry is relatively low, and the promotion effect is relatively small, and the development of high-tech industry and service industry is relatively backward. Through the comprehensive analysis, the suggestions of industrial structure optimization and adjustment in Hebei Province during the 12th five-year Plan period are drawn: capital investment should be increased, especially agricultural investment, so as to stabilize its base position; Scientific development of the secondary industry, upgrading the technical level of the secondary industry, vigorously developing the tertiary industry, further optimizing the overall industrial structure.
