【摘要】：結(jié)合我國(guó)縣級(jí)市經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)發(fā)展的實(shí)際,構(gòu)建了縣級(jí)市綜合實(shí)力評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系。采用主成分分析法,對(duì)中國(guó)370個(gè)縣級(jí)市進(jìn)行了綜合評(píng)價(jià),并分析了其空間差異特征。結(jié)果顯示,我國(guó)縣級(jí)市綜合實(shí)力差距很大,地區(qū)發(fā)展不平衡,百強(qiáng)縣級(jí)市的分布非常集中。東部地區(qū)和東北沿海地區(qū)縣級(jí)市綜合實(shí)力強(qiáng),一半以上進(jìn)入了全國(guó)縣級(jí)市綜合實(shí)力前100名,特別是江蘇、山東、浙江、遼寧這4個(gè)省份縣級(jí)市的社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)十分發(fā)達(dá),在國(guó)內(nèi)處于領(lǐng)先地位。而中西部地區(qū)縣級(jí)市的綜合實(shí)力較弱,進(jìn)入全國(guó)百強(qiáng)的很少。這從一個(gè)側(cè)面反映了中國(guó)社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展上的地區(qū)差異。今后,應(yīng)高度重視縣級(jí)市在國(guó)家社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展中的地位和作用,尤其是對(duì)中西部地區(qū)的縣級(jí)市,要加大政策支持力度,加強(qiáng)城市基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施和公共服務(wù)設(shè)施建設(shè),增強(qiáng)其承載力和吸引力,促進(jìn)城市功能的提升和人口的合理集聚。
[Abstract]:Combined with the reality of economic and social development of county-level cities in China, the evaluation index system of comprehensive strength of county-level cities is constructed. In this paper, the principal component analysis (PCA) is used to evaluate 370 county-level cities in China, and their spatial differences are analyzed. The results show that there is a large gap in the comprehensive strength of the county-level cities in China, the regional development is unbalanced, and the distribution of the top 100 counties and cities is very concentrated. The comprehensive strength of county-level cities in the eastern region and the northeast coastal region is strong, and more than half of them have entered the top 100 comprehensive strength of county-level cities in the whole country, especially in Jiangsu, Shandong, Zhejiang and Liaoning provinces, where the socio-economic development of county-level cities is very developed. Be in a leading position at home. However, the comprehensive strength of the county-level cities in the central and western regions is relatively weak, and few of them enter the top 100. This reflects the regional differences in China's socio-economic development from one side. In the future, we should attach great importance to the status and role of county-level cities in the country's socio-economic development, especially to the county-level cities in the central and western regions, and increase policy support and strengthen the construction of urban infrastructure and public service facilities. Enhance its bearing capacity and attractiveness, promote the promotion of urban functions and rational agglomeration of the population.
