【摘要】：正過(guò)去30年內(nèi),過(guò)度消費(fèi)和過(guò)度生產(chǎn)一度成為全球潮流,我國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)搭上了最好發(fā)展期的高速列車。從1978年到2013年,GDP總量增長(zhǎng)了157倍,用30多年時(shí)間完成了西方資本主義大國(guó)一二百年才能達(dá)到的目標(biāo)。然而中國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的內(nèi)外環(huán)境正在發(fā)生巨大改變,龐大的GDP總量?jī)?nèi)部存在的質(zhì)量、結(jié)構(gòu)和效能指標(biāo)以及相互比例問(wèn)題已影響可持續(xù)發(fā)展,摒棄GDP規(guī)模和速度崇拜、優(yōu)化GDP的結(jié)構(gòu)、提高GDP的質(zhì)量和效能,是當(dāng)務(wù)之急。一、我國(guó)GDP量大但問(wèn)題突出(一)GDP生產(chǎn)、服務(wù)和統(tǒng)計(jì)質(zhì)量問(wèn)題GDP的生產(chǎn)和服務(wù)質(zhì)量不高。例如年新增建筑全球最大,但住房壽命期限,英國(guó)平均132年,歐洲平均80年,而我國(guó)實(shí)際平均僅35年左右。"看病難、治病貴、養(yǎng)老煩"的難題沒能得到有效解
[Abstract]:Over the past 30 years, over-consumption and over-production have once become a global trend, and China's economy has caught up with the high-speed train of the best period of development. From 1978 to 2013, the total amount of GDP increased 157-fold, and it took more than 30 years to achieve the goal of one or two hundred years for the western capitalist powers. However, the internal and external environment of China's economic development is undergoing great changes. The internal quality, structure and efficiency indicators and the proportion of the huge total GDP have affected sustainable development and abandoned the worship of GDP scale and speed. It is urgent to optimize the structure of GDP and improve the quality and efficiency of GDP. One, the GDP quantity of our country is large but the problem is outstanding (1) the GDP production, the service and the statistical quality problem GDP's production and the service quality is not high. For example, the annual construction is the largest in the world, but the average life span of housing is 132 years in the UK and 80 years in Europe, while the actual average in China is only 35 years or so. The problem of "it is difficult to see a doctor, expensive in treatment and annoyed with old age" has not been solved effectively.
