遼寧省海域生態(tài)承載力綜合測(cè)度分析

【摘要】:海域生態(tài)系統(tǒng)是一個(gè)復(fù)雜的地域空間綜合體,沿海地區(qū)的發(fā)展與生態(tài)環(huán)境之間發(fā)生著千絲萬(wàn)縷的聯(lián)系,沿海城鎮(zhèn)的形成不斷地影響和改變著海洋生態(tài)環(huán)境,同時(shí),海洋生態(tài)環(huán)境對(duì)沿海地區(qū)的發(fā)展提供了重要的資源、環(huán)境和生態(tài)支撐。目前針對(duì)我國(guó)沿海地區(qū)生態(tài)環(huán)境發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀及其產(chǎn)生的資源環(huán)境問(wèn)題,探討沿海地區(qū)的海域生態(tài)承載力的應(yīng)用研究尚不多見(jiàn)。沿海地區(qū)有著不同于單個(gè)區(qū)域的獨(dú)特特征,其經(jīng)濟(jì)集群性、區(qū)域合作性都對(duì)資源環(huán)境承載力的研究提出了新的要求。對(duì)這一類(lèi)區(qū)域的資源環(huán)境承載力進(jìn)行深入研究,對(duì)充實(shí)和完善區(qū)域承載力理論研究具有重要的意義。由于目前的研究成果中,主要集中于區(qū)域單要素的承載力研究,如水資源、土地、大氣等單要素承載力,而多要素的綜合承載能力研究較少,單要素承載力研究的局限性較大,生態(tài)綜合承載力的研究就顯得越來(lái)越迫切,因此,需要加強(qiáng)交叉綜合研究,用系統(tǒng)的理論來(lái)研究沿海地區(qū)海域生態(tài)承載力問(wèn)題。 海域生態(tài)承載力研究針對(duì)沿海地區(qū)一代表性區(qū)域,在現(xiàn)有的經(jīng)濟(jì)條件和科技水平下,探討沿海資源環(huán)境對(duì)社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)系統(tǒng)可持續(xù)發(fā)展的支持能力。以可持續(xù)發(fā)展作為沿海經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的理論基礎(chǔ)來(lái)衡量資源環(huán)境系統(tǒng)與社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)系統(tǒng)之間的作用機(jī)理,是研究沿海海域生態(tài)承載力的本質(zhì),在此基礎(chǔ)上構(gòu)建合理科學(xué)的綜合測(cè)度指標(biāo)體系和測(cè)算模型是海域生態(tài)承載力研究的關(guān)鍵;谝陨蠋c(diǎn),本文對(duì)遼寧省海域生態(tài)承載力進(jìn)行了研究。 第一章為緒論部分。闡述本文研究背景與意義,并介紹本文的研究?jī)?nèi)容與創(chuàng)新點(diǎn)。 第二章系統(tǒng)總結(jié)國(guó)內(nèi)外承載力、資源承載力、環(huán)境承載力、資源環(huán)境綜合承載力和海域生態(tài)承載力的研究?jī)?nèi)容和主要研究方法,,并對(duì)其研究進(jìn)展進(jìn)行總體評(píng)述,提出海域生態(tài)承載力的研究重點(diǎn)。 第三章對(duì)遼寧省的海洋資源以及海洋經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展做了基本介紹,并對(duì)遼寧省主要海洋產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀以及產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)特征做了分析。 第四章為遼寧省海域生態(tài)承載力的綜合測(cè)算部分,構(gòu)建沿海地區(qū)海域生態(tài)承載狀態(tài)綜合測(cè)度指標(biāo)體系,建立綜合測(cè)度模型,并提出綜合評(píng)價(jià)方法。以遼寧省為例,對(duì)其海域生態(tài)承載狀態(tài)進(jìn)行綜合測(cè)度與評(píng)價(jià),并對(duì)遼寧省海洋資源環(huán)境和海洋產(chǎn)業(yè)的可持續(xù)發(fā)展?fàn)顟B(tài)進(jìn)行評(píng)價(jià)。 第五章提出提高遼寧省海域生態(tài)系統(tǒng)承載力的對(duì)策建議。 第六章結(jié)論與展望。
[Abstract]:The marine ecosystem is a complex regional spatial complex, the development of coastal areas and ecological environment are inextricably linked, the formation of coastal towns constantly affect and change the marine ecological environment, at the same time, Marine ecological environment provides important resources, environment and ecological support for the development of coastal areas. At present, in view of the current situation of ecological environment development and the problems of resources and environment in coastal areas of China, it is rare to discuss the application of ecological carrying capacity in coastal areas. Coastal areas are different from single regions in their unique characteristics, their economic clusters and regional cooperation all put forward new requirements for the study of the carrying capacity of resources and environment. It is of great significance to study the carrying capacity of resources and environment in this kind of region, which is of great significance to enrich and perfect the theory of regional carrying capacity. Because the current research results mainly focus on the study of the bearing capacity of single element, such as water resources, land, atmosphere and so on, but the comprehensive bearing capacity of many factors is less, the research of single factor bearing capacity is more limited. The study of ecological comprehensive bearing capacity is becoming more and more urgent. Therefore, it is necessary to strengthen the cross-comprehensive research and to study the ecological carrying capacity of coastal waters by systematic theory. The study on ecological carrying capacity of sea area aims at a representative area of coastal area, under the existing economic conditions and the level of science and technology, discusses the supporting ability of coastal resources and environment to the sustainable development of social economic system. Taking sustainable development as the theoretical basis of coastal economic development, it is essential to study the ecological carrying capacity of coastal waters to measure the mechanism of action between resources and environment system and social economic system. On this basis, it is the key to study the ecological carrying capacity of sea area to construct a reasonable and scientific comprehensive measurement index system and a measuring model. Based on the above points, the ecological carrying capacity of Liaoning sea area is studied in this paper. The first chapter is the introduction. This paper describes the background and significance of this study, and introduces the research content and innovation. The second chapter systematically summarizes the research contents and main research methods of carrying capacity, resource carrying capacity, environmental carrying capacity, comprehensive carrying capacity of resources and environment and ecological carrying capacity of sea area, and makes a general comment on its research progress. The emphasis of the study on ecological carrying capacity of sea area is put forward. The third chapter introduces the marine resources and the development of marine economy in Liaoning Province, and analyzes the present situation and industrial structure characteristics of the main marine industries in Liaoning Province. The fourth chapter is the comprehensive calculation part of the ecological carrying capacity in Liaoning Province. The comprehensive measurement index system of the ecological bearing capacity in coastal areas is constructed, the comprehensive measurement model is established, and the comprehensive evaluation method is put forward. Taking Liaoning Province as an example, this paper comprehensively measures and evaluates the ecological bearing state of its sea area, and evaluates the sustainable development state of marine resources and environment and marine industry in Liaoning Province. The fifth chapter puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions to improve the carrying capacity of marine ecosystem in Liaoning Province. Chapter 6: conclusion and prospect.
