基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施規(guī)模與利用效率對(duì)技術(shù)進(jìn)步的影響:基于中國(guó)區(qū)域的實(shí)證分析

【摘要】:本文構(gòu)建了一個(gè)分析基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施規(guī)模與利用效率對(duì)技術(shù)進(jìn)步(TFP)的影響效應(yīng)的理論框架,并實(shí)證檢驗(yàn)了中國(guó)基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施規(guī)模與利用效率對(duì)TFP的直接"資本效應(yīng)"和間接"溢出效應(yīng)"。研究發(fā)現(xiàn),交通和能源基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施利用效率都對(duì)TFP有顯著的"資本效應(yīng)";基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施依托RD和產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)的途徑而不是通過貿(mào)易和FDI的途徑產(chǎn)生"溢出效應(yīng)";交通基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施規(guī)模與利用效率、能源和信息基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施規(guī)模都可以通過RD的途徑顯著促進(jìn)TFP,而交通基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施利用效率可以通過產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)的途徑顯著促進(jìn)TFP。
[Abstract]:This paper constructs a theoretical framework to analyze the effects of infrastructure scale and utilization efficiency on the (TFP) of technological progress. It also tests the direct "capital effect" and indirect "spillover effect" of China's infrastructure scale and utilization efficiency on TFP. It is found that both transportation and energy infrastructure utilization efficiency have significant "capital effect" on TFP, and infrastructure relies on RD and industrial structure instead of trade and FDI to produce "spillover effect". The scale of transportation infrastructure and utilization efficiency, the scale of energy and information infrastructure can significantly promote TFP, through RD, while the utilization efficiency of transportation infrastructure can significantly promote TFP. through industrial structure.
