【摘要】：隨著經(jīng)濟(jì)全球化和區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)一體化的發(fā)展,國家間的經(jīng)濟(jì)合作已逐漸取代政治對抗和軍事封鎖,地緣經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)也是在這樣的背景下出現(xiàn)并得以發(fā)展。近年來,我國加快改革開放步伐,經(jīng)濟(jì)得到迅速發(fā)展,已成為推動世界經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的重要動力。但仍應(yīng)看到,我國還面臨經(jīng)濟(jì)結(jié)構(gòu)不合理、美國等西方國家的阻擾等諸多的發(fā)展問題。我國要保證經(jīng)濟(jì)的持續(xù)健康發(fā)展,實(shí)現(xiàn)和平崛起,必須要制定科學(xué)有效的地緣經(jīng)濟(jì)戰(zhàn)略,加強(qiáng)同周邊國家開展地緣經(jīng)濟(jì)合作,拓展我國地緣經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展空間。 本文共分為五個(gè)部分。引言部分介紹了中國進(jìn)行地緣經(jīng)濟(jì)理論的研究背景、研究意義以及研究方法等；第一部分介紹了地緣經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)的相關(guān)概念和理論：第二部分從東亞、中亞、南亞三個(gè)區(qū)域切入,分析我國周邊地區(qū)地緣經(jīng)濟(jì)戰(zhàn)略地位與地緣經(jīng)濟(jì)合作的現(xiàn)狀,以及美國在亞太地區(qū)的經(jīng)濟(jì)戰(zhàn)略對于該地區(qū)地緣經(jīng)濟(jì)合作產(chǎn)生的影響,為我國制定科學(xué)的地緣經(jīng)濟(jì)戰(zhàn)略奠定基礎(chǔ)；第三部分詳細(xì)分析我國的經(jīng)濟(jì)概況以及開展同周邊國家地緣經(jīng)濟(jì)合作面臨的挑戰(zhàn)和威脅,最后得出以下結(jié)論：我國一要重視加強(qiáng)同東亞國家的地緣經(jīng)濟(jì)合作,大力推進(jìn)東亞經(jīng)濟(jì)一體化進(jìn)程；二要充分發(fā)揮喀什經(jīng)濟(jì)特區(qū)、上合組織的經(jīng)濟(jì)功能,推進(jìn)中亞地緣經(jīng)濟(jì)圈的建設(shè)；三要充分發(fā)揮金磚國家的對話機(jī)制,加強(qiáng)同印度與南亞其他國家的地緣經(jīng)濟(jì)合作,為南亞地緣經(jīng)濟(jì)圈的建立打下基礎(chǔ)。結(jié)語部分對我國地緣經(jīng)濟(jì)戰(zhàn)略進(jìn)行了總結(jié)。
[Abstract]:With the development of economic globalization and regional economic integration, economic cooperation among countries has gradually replaced political confrontation and military blockade, and geoeconomics has emerged and developed under this background. In recent years, China has quickened the pace of reform and opening up, and its economy has developed rapidly, which has become an important driving force for the development of the world economy. However, it should be noted that China still faces many development problems such as unreasonable economic structure and obstruction of Western countries such as the United States. In order to ensure the sustained and healthy development of our economy and realize the peaceful rise, we must formulate a scientific and effective geo-economic strategy, strengthen geo-economic cooperation with our neighboring countries, and expand the development space of our geo-economy. This paper is divided into five parts. The introduction introduces the research background, significance and research methods of geo-economic theory in China. The first part introduces the related concepts and theories of geoeconomics: the second part cuts into three regions: East Asia, Central Asia, South Asia, etc. This paper analyzes the status quo of geo-economic strategic position and geo-economic cooperation in the surrounding areas of China, and the influence of American economic strategy in Asia-Pacific region on geo-economic cooperation in this region, which lays a foundation for our country to formulate a scientific geo-economic strategy. The third part makes a detailed analysis of China's economic situation and the challenges and threats of developing geo-economic cooperation with neighboring countries, and finally draws the following conclusions: first, China should attach importance to strengthening geo-economic cooperation with East Asian countries. Vigorously promoting the process of economic integration in East Asia; second, giving full play to the economic functions of the Kashgar Special Economic Zone and the Shanghai Cooperation Organization and promoting the construction of a geo-economic circle in Central Asia; and third, giving full play to the dialogue mechanism of the BRICS countries. Strengthen geo-economic cooperation with India and other countries in South Asia, and lay the foundation for the establishment of geo-economic circle in South Asia. The conclusion part summarizes the geoeconomic strategy of our country.
