【摘要】：本文以黃河三角洲地區(qū)的核心城市東營為例,通過構(gòu)建專門的城鎮(zhèn)化與生態(tài)環(huán)境協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展評價指標體系,實證檢驗2000~2012年黃河三角洲地區(qū)城鎮(zhèn)化與生態(tài)環(huán)境的協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展關(guān)系。研究結(jié)果表明,黃河三角洲地區(qū)城鎮(zhèn)化與生態(tài)環(huán)境之間呈倒U型曲線關(guān)系,即隨著城鎮(zhèn)化進程的不斷推進,區(qū)域生態(tài)環(huán)境將呈現(xiàn)先優(yōu)化后惡化的趨勢。而13年來黃河三角洲地區(qū)城鎮(zhèn)化與生態(tài)環(huán)境之間的協(xié)調(diào)度程度呈現(xiàn)由中等向優(yōu)質(zhì)的系統(tǒng)演進,但生態(tài)環(huán)境建設(shè)仍整體落后于城鎮(zhèn)化進程。
[Abstract]:Taking Dongying, the core city of the Yellow River Delta, as an example, this paper empirically tests the harmonious development of urbanization and ecological environment in the Yellow River Delta region from 2000 to 2012 by constructing a special evaluation index system of urbanization and ecological environment coordination development. The results show that the relationship between urbanization and ecological environment in the Yellow River Delta is inversely U-shaped, that is, with the development of urbanization, the regional ecological environment will be optimized first and then deteriorated. In the past 13 years, the degree of coordination between urbanization and ecological environment in the Yellow River Delta region has evolved from moderate to high quality, but the construction of ecological environment is still lagging behind the process of urbanization.
