【摘要】：2013年3季度以來,歐洲經(jīng)濟(jì)顯示出企穩(wěn)復(fù)蘇跡象,這是否意味歐洲已擺脫債務(wù)危機(jī)的泥潭?困擾歐洲的深層次問題是否破解?歐債危機(jī)未來演變趨勢及其對發(fā)展中國家將產(chǎn)生何種影響?這些均是當(dāng)下亟待深入研究的課題�；诖�,本文主要從歐洲"去工業(yè)化"下的資源錯配、不徹底的"一體化"及人口老齡化三個層面分析困擾歐洲深層次問題的根源、邏輯及其未來演變的可能路徑。進(jìn)一步地,從歐洲與發(fā)展中國家聯(lián)系、實(shí)體經(jīng)濟(jì)、國際資本流動及宏觀調(diào)控政策四個維度,探討了歐債危機(jī)對發(fā)展中國家產(chǎn)生的影響。最后,在此基礎(chǔ)上提出歐債危機(jī)治理、發(fā)展中國家舒緩沖擊和防范風(fēng)險的對策與建議。
[Abstract]:Since the third quarter of 2013, the European economy has shown signs of stabilising and recovering. Does this mean that Europe has emerged from the quagmire of the debt crisis? Are the deep-seated problems that beset Europe solved? The future evolution of the European debt crisis and its impact on developing countries? These are the current issues that need to be studied in depth. Based on this, this paper mainly analyzes the source, logic and possible path of future evolution of Europe's deep-seated problems from the three aspects of resource mismatch, incomplete "integration" and population aging under "de-industrialization" in Europe. Furthermore, this paper discusses the impact of the European debt crisis on the developing countries from the four dimensions of the relationship between Europe and developing countries, the real economy, the international capital flow and the macro-control policies. Finally, on the basis of this, the paper puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions for managing the European debt crisis and mitigating the impact and preventing risks in developing countries.
